        I will put money down that the miracle doesn’t occur and that half of those players in your top list will consider themselves ‘too good’ for the championship and be off in a shot, therefore leaving us even further in it.

          Limited finances or not. Him being unwilling or unable to make neccessary changes when required haven’t helped. Time after time this season (and the previous 2) we have needed things changing round during matches and he steadfastly refuses to budge with his system.

            After being given 6 million to spend on Bosselli I dont think Whelan trusts him with the cash anymore, that is why we can only sign crap players now.

              He wont be sacked, Whelan would have sacked him a long time ago if he was really arsed. The writing has been on the wall for a long time now and he has never said a bad word about the guy.
              Club ‘legend’ or not, the football on offer this season has been awful to watch and will certainly lead to relegation.
              I wonder if we got any corners today and tried to walk the ball into the box again instead of crossing it?
