get that messi in i saw him once and he looked well good like and i bought him on football manager and he was mint
People forget that if we win, and Bolton lose to Birmingham, we finish above them in the league.
All this title malarkey is merely a side-attraction to the real end of season drama.
I saw Jim Davidson a few years ago. He was good. Didn’t pull any punches, but he was pretty much same as on TV.A gobshite then?
I missed the last fifteen!
Where did you see him? He is at is very best when just talking to people that are in the audience but too many of his jokes follow the standard ‘build-it-up *people see the punch line coming* punch line’ format.
I went seeing Lee Mack a month or so ago and it was a bit meh. Did he do the magician bit where he got an audience member in the box? I liked that bit, but a lot of it was repetitive aside from the interaction with the audience.
Because he’s crap?
Yeah, but Steve Gohouri scored zero overhead kicks in 36 games, then pulled one out of nowhere on Monday.
“Statistics are just like mini-skirts, they give you good ideas but hide the most important thing” – Ebbe Skovdahl, former Aberdeen manager.
We will get murdered though. :(
Scotland?? :shock:Haha. Gud 1 m8.
8-)
Plays deeper though, doesn’t he? I’d imagine him sitting alongside Diamé in the middle and dinking balls about in a Xabi Alonso-esque way.
He is, however, likely to demand big wages and is getting on a bit.
It’s chelsea’s title to be honest though..isn’t it?Well, over the course of the season, they’ve arguably been the better side and “deserve” it more than United. But you could also just look at it from a Wigan centric standpoint and say that United tonked us twice and we did likewise to Chelsea (just the once though, at the time of writing, obviously).
Plus, I cannot stand them – Terry, Lampard, Drogba and Ballack are four of the biggest gobshites in football. And, Anelka. Five.
Is it just me or… when M.Bent played for us did he not used to get LOADS of clear cut chances and one-on-ones. Whereas since he went none of our strikers have had nearly that many opportunities?Aye, I’d agree. But he played up front in a 4-4-2 alongside a targetman – something which also benefited Zaki when he was up top with Emile. Heskey would be the one pulling defenders out of position, creating space and giving the ball to the other chap and this brought about many a good chance.
Since he’s been gone, we’ve had nobody that can do that.
Why not play Valencia out of position? N’zogbia has been more effective for us this season on the right than Valencia ever was. Look at goals and assist ratio…Only the tracking back that Valencia exceeded at. Heskey up front on his own? Diame?..Ill stick with mine :D
Statistics? Pfft. Valencia had more than one good season here, and is less of a spastic than Charlie. Heskey is merely there to bring the wide men into play! Plus: Camara, Roberts, Zaki, Mido, Bent and Rodallega aren’t good enough for this team; I think I’ll stick with the England international.
And I love Diamé.

I would love it if we beat them.
Luckily, I want United to win the title. Imagine a goal from Steve Gohouri sending ‘JT’ into floods of tears. 8-)
Alas, optimism. . .
KirklandChimbonda Bramble de Zeeuw Baines
Cattermole
Palacios Diamé
Valencia N'Zogbia
HeskeyN’Zogbia would be useless on the left, like he was under Bruce, but I’m not playing Antonio out of position for nobody. Gohouri will be substitute, I’m convinced he’s good enough to play everwhere; and Bobby as manager.
Triffic.
I think, that given the option, I would always rather watch a dance-off than Rugby.
