Thought the only one worth his seed today was Stam. When he came on he wanted the ball and tried his best to make things happen. He put 2 or 3 good balls into the box in his firs 5 or 10 minutes on the pitch.

Diame had a good game I thought.McCarthy & McArthur played well.
Maynor wasn’t fit enough to play.
Stam was brill down the right wing, all he needed is more support.

Don’t mean to come all “I was there when…” but I remember in the season we did get relegated that a few times we had a chant of “We’re so whale it’s unbelievable”Maybe time to resurrect it :D
I found it a nice touch that the only time ES2 sang in the 2nd half is when they where calling our own team “whale”.
