The new young lad has just come back from an injury so you can’t judge him just yet. The reserves are good on paper and i’ve never saw them lose at Robin Park, but they seem to just let the opposition in late on. Fitness level bad ?

Martinez dosn’t really care if Whelan can’t fund enough money through transfers to build another massive DW Sports store but, that’s the Cattermole story, £3million is massive for Whelan even though the players that are brought in use up more of that and are crap (eg.Scotland & Gomez). The coaching staff at Wigan have to pay £2 for there dinner because Whelan thinks he’s losing money because of some staff having there dinner at the Training Ground when the club is playing away. Whelan is a joke.

I’ll predict that only a few players will be rested for the Notts County match. Those players are the players that play the play that helps us play in the Premier league, play.

Why don’t ES3 stand up, from the West stand ES2 look like a bunch of n0b$. Theres just a section of fans stood up in the corner & all 5000 away fans are standing up singing. The noise Wigan make is very bad.

Kapo isn’t bothered about Wigan, only the money that Whelan’s got.

ES3 needs some life, ES2 are AMAZING, who’s the drummer ?!?!?

Drummer sits/sat right in front of me. Dont know whether its a good thing or bad thing. Least it puts some atmosphere into the ground and, No doubt, The most singing comes from us lads in ES2, Either us OR the away fans :D
If the drummer lost his drum ES2 would be very quiet. I hope he’s got a spare one.

… it seamed they did it for the fans.

Almost word for word one of the half-time team talk options in Football Manager 2010. :geek:

Is this thread not now bordering on offensive? :P

No, but if fun was being poked at learning disabilities, then yes it would be.
Fun is not being poked at it, But people are joking on the thread, so I think that YES, it is ‘bordering’ on offensive
extremely offensive to the disabled & ‘slow learners’.

Vat, why would you want to pay a few quid less & have your team relegated ? It’s just stupid, the cling on fans as you call them are at every club. Take Newcastle as an example 32,000 was there 1st Championship home game attendance & there normally getting 50,000+. Also, Newcastle fans are regarded as the most “prowd” in England. We would get half of our original attendances at the DW & the south stand will be almost empty. All the kids will support a different team & if were ever back in the prem, they won’t. As for away support, I wouldn’t even bother going in early to get a pint or 2 the queues of the past are gone. I’ll go for 83 fans away at Plymouth if were relegated. It’s a shame there’s no-one-man that can splash some serious cash around. WHELAN CAN WHELAN CAN WHELAN CAN WHELAN CAN

He was there, just minus the drum.

Why no drum, we were like mice on saturday with no drum.
If he’d brought the drum we would of been drowned out. Only a 1/3 of ES2 showed up ;)
It was less than a 1/3 & the only song I heard from ES2 was J.Scotland Barmy Army. I should of been in ES2 insted of West Stand, sorry.

I agree with all of that……………..

                            Still,I couldnt stay away………..

To see Latics win 4-1 was worth every penny of the 15 notes, even tho as a S/T holder I did begrudge payin it.

My tickets were free. 1st half I was thinking it’s not our day & that Amaya will be put under serious pressure but, 2nd half Amaya was good & it seamed they did it for the fans. I would pay certainly pay £15 to watch that again, thrilling game.
