This really is pathetic from some Wigan Athletic fans. I cant believe they are talking about discrimination ffs. If Wigan Athletic won the Premier League then I would have absolutely no problem with signs going up in their honour. Indeed it is the least that I would expect.
They are not exactly helping themselves with this sort of attitude and they certainly arent going to win over any Rugby fans with it.
I have never really cared about Wigan Athletic one way or another and used to watch them occasionally at Springfield Park when they were in the lower leagues because they were my home town club (despite being a Man Utd fan).
However since being in the Premier League many things have happened where I have grown to dislike them more and more and this latest event just makes me think think eff you and I now want them to go down.

I was never bitter about Latics and was pleased for the town when they reached the premier league but since that point I can say from experience there is a large proportion of latics fans that can only be described as scum and I would be more than pleased to see them relegated.
