seeing as I was mentioned in the original thread I will attempt to clarify the ambiguity ! I buy a season ticket every year come what may and I am aware that our season tickets are the 2nd cheapest in the Prem and I am aware that we wont ever be European football contenders. What I will say is that for us to have only won one game at home 6 months ago, I feel that my usual just under £300 spent has not given me the sporadic pleasure that I had anticipated !!
I and many others have a different slant on this. Too true I would love us to have won more home games than we have but, my sporadic pleasure comes from watching my team compete with the best and in many occasions out play them, despite not getting the points.

A case of the penny finally dropped today but the strikers weren’t in on it ! In fact they haven’t been in on it all fuckin season ! 25 goals !! That is piss poor by anyone’s standards !! Not won at home for 7 months !! Only one back to back victory in just short of 3 seasons ! Embarrassing cup exits to minnows ( Because we wanted to concentrate on the league ? Yeah well that worked ! ) Record losses 9-1 8-0 !! Record amount of losses on the trot !! Is it really blind faith at work here or just plain stupidity ?
How can anybody come on here and disagree with Fils comment. We’re bottom of the league because goals at either end has never been a priority under Martinez. Keeping the ball is all that matters, Well he’s just started to smell the coffee and we’re now getting the ball into the box. Poor Di Santo’s never touched the ball so far forward.
