Yes of course it will, why should Wigan Athletic beating one of the best teams in the world in the biggest sport in the world playing in the best league in the world possibly compare to a little club in a minority sport. Having said that, how do we compare attendance wise I hear you say.
Well last week v Castleford at the DW, the attendance was a mighty 8689, so only 10,000 behind us. The old egg chasing is creating some serious interest in the town alright. :shock:I promise, if we win I will celebrate by giving you £100. Thanks landgate, very thoughtful as I have been a pain in the butt recently. Down to this I have made a small donation to Andy Lidells charity and will make further donations on pay days.

To be honest, I dont think there was a debate. We would have scored only for Cech and also when their replacement keeper came on, he had a word with Hugo to try and put him off. Im glad it went the way it did, its not often we get treated fairly against one of the big boys, just shows what can happen when you remove the bias. May be Roman forgot to pay the ref. ;)
Have to disagree about Scotland. Thought his bulk and determination made it hard for Terry and Carvalho to feel comfortable. He needs a few more games but before we write a player off (which we are all good at) – give him a chance!I thought Scotland had a great game, would have scored had we not been playing against one of the best defences in the league. His hold up play was instrumental and we now have what we needed up front, someone who can head the ball and hold up play.
