The ironic thing about this video is that exercise classes are fcuk all like that ! Just a load of overweight bints going through the motions in a vain attempt to shed a few pounds ! :D

They had a northern soul do on at pub behind where I live the other week and I couldnt wait for those 3 classic finale numbers. I was like ” Thank fcuk for that , its ending soon ! ” Sad 50 odd year olds thinking they can still stomp ! I could see them through the window. Quite pathetic really !

Didn’t see her or come to think of it I have never heard of her ! Just listening to the Lovetones , psychedelic band from Australia ! On a heavier subject Airbourne booked to play Liverpool 02 academy in Feb ! And Skin ( metal band ) not her out of Skunk Anansie to play Manchester Academy on 11th Dec ! I will be attending both !
