What bothers me is if we do stay in this league then next season Cook will feel there is no need to change his present tactics which are absolutely mind numbing. He will feel that he achieved his goal and that if it ain’t broken then it doesn’t need fixing as they say! We have been dire for the last 20 games or so ( 3rd from bottom according to that form table! )

Kershaw’s used to do seafood around pubs. That was them and the guy in question only had one arm!
Paaaaarched peas!
????
Guy with one arm used to come round the pubs at night selling seafood from a basket. Walked round the pub shouting ” cockles, mussels, prawns, paaaaarched peas” It was the way that he drew out the last bit that everyone used to join in with him ha ha ha ! :P Trying to remember name of company but the old grey matter is on the blink! Sure it began with ‘S’ ?
Paaaaarched peas!
If we stay up will the Cook out brigade give him any credit? If we ‘just’ manage to stay up then I don’t think Cook will be part of next season’s plans, a sort of “That was a little too close for comfort” situation that may need reevaluating! ;)
Leon Clarke, Wigan’s saviour! Who’d a thought it eh!
If you expect us to be in top half of this league with our budget and crowds I would fuck it off and watch another side as you’re only gonna be disappointed. We are miles behind the majority in terms of infrastructure and size and avoiding relegation will be a decent achievement in a league we have struggled to get to grips with the last two seasons we have been in it.Well Preston seem to be doing alright and they ain’t a bigger club than us these days. Their squad on paper is no better than ours and they have had their fair share of injuries as well.
Do we have a club captain as well as a team captain or is that a thing of the past?
Pistachios
indolent
Lose on the last day to finish 3rd and then lose at WembleyTo a 99th min heart breaker ! :P
I hope that they get promoted but then fail miserably and come straight back down. Despicable
club!
Why would you want them to get promotion fil giving them multi millions over the next few years. Nah fook em lets hope they crash and burn till the end of the season and don’t even make the playoffs.
Oh yeah! I forgot about the money that is ruining competitive association football! ;)
