Just so long as we don’t see him score 20+ goals in The Championship next season.
If they come up that is! If I’m being honest, I don’t think he is a 20 goal plus Championship striker. On saying that, he was the best striker that we had and I don’t think his replacement is up to much but the £4m was the deal breaker! Perhaps maybe a third of that money could have been spent on a half decent replacement, or even half?
I hope that they get promoted but then fail miserably and come straight back down. Despicable club!
Blount’s
I’m not really bothered how many he scores as he is no longer a Wigan Athletic player!
Back to the Max Power thing. Was that not just graffiti on top of graffiti?
I wouldn’t believe all you read or watch from the mainstream media, half of it is complete bollocks!

I’d also go as far as to say that we as a nation are just as complicit as any of the ISIS sympathisers who went out to the Middle East. Neither really knew what they were letting themselves in for and we made a complete pigs ear of it each time we got involved, we have truly reaped what we have sown!

Just how many of our youth development players have actually made the transition to the first team? I bet you could count them on the hand of a wood machinist!
Weird
Back to the game. I appreciate our predicament but these negative tactics that Cook has adopted of late in order to grind out the odd point here and there are soul destroying to the paying punter. Now those dull tactics may very well keep us up ( Just ) but what of next season? Because Cook will have done what was asked of him and kept us up this season, who’s to say that those mind numbing tactics won’t be applied again!
Comparing our squad to some of the teams above us I see us as having a better overall squad than quite a few of them. Take Preston for instance. More or less safe now with a squad that is nowhere near as good as ours but they seem to have a go at teams ( Remember our little trip to Deepdale! ) and have some great results under their belt this season. Yes they have had some bad results and their league position reflects that but they are pretty much safe and some might say have a long shot at a play off place! What are they doing with an inferior squad to us that we aren’t? Can you see us battering the top of the league like they did the other night!Pease
Its a bit frustrating how we have no game this weekend, due to Derby being in the cup. On the back of a 3 game unbeaten run, it would have been nice going into that game at Derby, a hard one, granted.
Ipswich won’t be mugs next Saturday, either. They didnt play bad last week at Norwich, the lad Judge, in midfield, will have a tussle with Morsy, I have no doubt. Their performance, despite the 3 nil loss to Norwich that flattered the hosts, was not befitting of their position. Until late on, they looked worthy of getting a draw.
A good analysis of Ipswich, but if we lose I bet rather than them being no mugs you will be on here throwing your toys out the pram and telling us all how shit we are, cooks out his depth and you aren’t going again.[/quote]
Your response to Vat’s pretty reasonable post has me wondering who is the negative one here? As for you calling other posters trolls when you antagonise posters on a regular basis, it really does have me thinking!
For the record I thought last night was one of the most boring games that I have witnessed in recent months! I missed the QPR game if anyone thinks that was bad! All I can say is that it’s a good job there are a handful of sides who are shitter than us because we are fucking poor playing to Cooks negative tactics!

Rotherham not won away all season. Wonder how many of their fans want Paul Warne sacked…..Currently 3rd favourites to go down, 1-2 with some bookmakers! ;)
