Looks like it was 19,242, so the originator of the competition seems to have won :)

        Fix!!

I suppose I’ll have to buy myself a pint then.[/quote]

        And drink it by yourself!!

I find the prize very appealing; so much so I hope I win.

If they don’t like that maybe they’d like half time in ES7 with me!! No one mentioned mulled wine, did they?

27 predictions ranging from a pessimistic 15872 from jrfatfan up to a very optimistic 24500 from LawrieA.

Ok, add ’em all up, get an average and the closest gets a signed shirt. Not telling you who is signing it, or what the shirt is. Now, there’s an incentive to take this seriously!!

              I’ve changed my mind.

17,777 – because this season 7 is a very good number for us. I just don’t beleive we’d get 7777 or 77777, so I’m sticking with 17777. BUT ………. I’m told that 7 is unlucky in Hong Kong, but we aren’t there yet so I’ll stick.

My Cocker Spaniel Stan met a Labrador Retriever down Yarrow Valley Park who’s master is the brother of the cousin of Nick Powell’s housemaids sisters cook who told her cousins mum that Ivan Toney was on his way back!
Not sure if there was much in the rumour though.

When I started reading this i thought it was for real, but surely you’ve gotta be joking?!!

Good ‘un. LOL!! PotW – Post of the week.

Nick Powell told friends weeks ago he wanted to stay if the takeover went ahead and the lad has been true to his word. Some dialogue between the new owners and the players must have taken palace before now for the squad to still be intact. Assurances must have also been given that Nick has been so desperate to stay with us. I’m pretty excited tbh just hoping our recent form on the field continues. C Mon you tics.

I have heard from a friend of a trusted friend that the first team were told if they stuck together for the season and got promotion they’d be a private jet on the tarmac at Manchester ready to whisk them and a significant other to Barbados where DW and Boyceeeee would be awaiting their arrivals at DW’s very own Mar a Lago.

I’m a noise nazi as well, must be and age thing Horc, ….. it would be marginally better if it was a decent system, but its rubbish. It’s a bloody awful row.

What I want back is the music when we score. I loved that.

If he enjoys playing football and performing in front of a crowd, I guess he realised his chances of doing that are greater at Wigan than Brighton. If that is what he enjoys why go somewhere where he could sit on a bench, or comfy seat in a pair of shorts. Maybe he’s learning from Bogle, Watson, Yanic and a stack of others who thought they’d get a game every week but didn’t.

I for one are more excited than for the City game. The City game is just a bonus game. Would have much preferred a more beatable club and gone to round six and one game to the semi. Not arsed that we have a chance to see the best team in the land after us. So Gills on Saturday for me anyday.

I was keeping my head below the parapet. I’m disappointed with the draw. It’ll will be ecstacy when we sneak a win, but I would so much have preferred a more ‘middle’ team and maybe continued the cup run. Maybe we’ll do that anyway. They’ve got a rubbish record against us. Seriously though ….. I think it was fixed.

And all we have to show for it is top of the league and a 5th rd cup draw.

                              COOK OUT!!! Ruining this club.

                              Agreed. Bloody clueless.

Exactly, totally agree. It could be and should be better. He should have changed the kit by now.

Not that it is really relevant to us in truth as we are in different divisions so a ban has no effect on us, but Masuaku has been given a 6 match ban.

But I notice he still hasn’t apologised to the person he should – Nick Powell.

QUITE _ Everyone but Powell!! Probably his rotweiller as well.
