I think you’ve got the points allocation totally wrong Jayt.
I predict Mexico to beat France, take a big gamble that pays off, but just get 3 points. Other people back france to win [the easy option] and get 6 points cos one of their team scores is correct.
bloody rubbish Jayt!! :xI cant change it anyway, but go on, tell me how the points system should be! If it seems better I’ll use it for next seasons Prediction League.

It is always 90 minutes…… I would advise that you try to get online just once when the last 16 are sorted out…. there are loads of places to go on the intrernet, where ever you are.

Well firstly I dont even know what a sticky thread is and secondly there is nothing anywhere on the prediction league page that says competition entrants or anything remotely like it !!Oh Boy………………

Thankyou – an answer at last. So the last local lad to represent his club and country was in early 1995.Although I would have expected someone who claims to have supported WAFC for 32 years to be able to have come up with a name.
Sorry for the late response but I was out yesterday watching 3 local lads playing for their town within 21 hours after playing for their country.
How about the fact that as our national sport, football has a lot more players from the whole of the UK playing it.
There are roughly 1.8 million kids/young adults vying for 600 professional football spots (0.0003 or 1 in 3000) – I won’t even get into the foreign input that makes the chances even slimmer.
Compare that to 3,000 going for 350 places (0.12 or 1 in 8 players)
Or does that not matter…..

I think it sounds too much like you have to be registered with the official site to know the information…. unless the Club is really on the ball and they have posted out to season ticket holders that don’t have an email address registered on there name.

I STILL haven’t received my renewal pack.Now I know (from here) how to renew, but with only a couple of weeks for us to retain our current seat it really just isn’t good that the information hasn’t been sent out. I’m afraid we’re again giving the impression of amateur admin.
We need to be ensuring first that everyone who had a ST last season renews, before we worry about attracting newcomers.

The official site says that a postal version of the season ticket pack will be sent out towards the end of the World Cup in early July. Renewals and new season tickets will be sold by phone, in person or online.
