Perhaps it’s too simplistic but….. close the roof.

Thank you. You are most helpful.

However it was a genuine question because there are official club coaches, also Eavesway, departing from Stadium way all be it 30 minutes later. It might not be the M6 but according to Google, Stadium way runs from Scot Lane to Firth Street. It’s long enough to walk if you are on foot and coming from out of town by entering Stadium way at the ‘wrong end’

I appreciate the coaches are likely to depart from close to Sharpeys but all I was asking for was clarification. I would hate to delay the departure of the coaches let alone miss them!

Thanks for the response to my initial question. I have booked on to the supporters coaches, well coach 2 anyway. I do have another question. :)

I’m curious about the ‘welcome pack FA Cup Semi Final Survival Kits’ What are they going to contain?

I believe season ticket holders are allowed up to three tickets each. I would guess that would be the same through the internet. Probably best to ring the ticket office and they would be best placed to answer your question.

That kick off time gives the Millwall fans a lot more drinking time

I guess being an ‘unfashionable’ club with very little money to spend on transfers or wages has come back to haunt us yet again.

To be honest I’m not surprised Stones has seemingly gone elsewhere,he isn’t the first to do this and sadly he wont be the last.

I expect us not to make any more before todays eleven o’clock deadline.

Just as a matter of interest. With all the snow around with the roads not being in great shape at present and hopefully the game being on, are the plans the same to leave at 12 from the stadium?

Looks more than promising. This taken from the Macclesfield O.S.

With warmer temperatures today and similar overnight, the Silkmen’s groundstaff have cleared the snow from the pitch and lifted the covers to allow the warmer air to get to the pitch. Now recovered against any snowfall this evening, it is currently still in good condition under the groundsheets. Meanwhile, the terraces have been gritted and the stadium is good to go.

But should there be significant snow on Friday afternoon/Evening the club may be asking for volunteers to clear the pitch on Friday Evening and Saturday morning.

Keep checking http://www.mtfc.co.uk for the latest.

Transfers are a little like moving home. Each one is usually dependant on another successfully concluded within a chain.

Becchio has handed in a transfer request at Leeds this afternoon and if the rumours about Palermo and Boselli are true it could be that another ‘chain’ of events could be unfolding with latics using the Boselli money to buy Becchio?

Just want to say both my son and I are very excited about our first away game watching the latics. We probably wont sleep much tonight :woohoo:
We have got everything sorted now including our membership cards that arrived yesterday, thanks to those who have sorted it out and had to put up with my impatience ;)

Just wanted to double check on where the coach leaves from. I think I was told it leaves from opposite the main reception at the DW. Can some one please confirm that for me? Don’t want to miss watching a Wigan away win. :)

                          Hi,

You will have to excuse me a little as this is my first posting on this message board but there are a couple of things I would like to know.

Firstly, are there still [places left on the swansea coach as both my self and my son are thinking of going on it. It will be our first away trip with Wigan Athletic as we are first time season ticket holders, also how can we pay for our seats if there are any places left?

Secondly, We both joined the supporters club before the Fulham game following the supporters club meeting but we are yet to recieve our memberships. I know we need these before booking on the away travel coaches. I was told before the Everton game that the membership secretary had been away so that might be the reason why we hadn’t recieved them. Can any one on the commitee tell me if the secretary is back and if so when we are likely to recieve our membership cards.

                          Thanks again.

                          David & Owen Rimmer
