In the cold light of day they will have to weigh up his track record Vs his potential. I think it should prove too risky for Liverpool to appoint someone based on potential. As for Bobby, he would have to consider that Liverpool will demand instant success and his rise to glory could be very short lived if he doesn’t deliver. Bobby would be better proving himself at the Latics for another two years, before making a big step up !
