A person born with a mental condition and therefore has to work a million times harder to be able to do simple things (such as learn and communicate) that we take for granted. On top of this, a retard will usually suffer a lot of ridicule from society because people fear what they do not understand. The people who choose to make fun of the mental retarded tend to be complete morons and cannot comprehend that these people have feelings and emotions just like anyone else.

A Latics fan to say that we have a fair weather and fickle section of our fanbase that can’t wait to see Chelsea/Liverpool etc at the DW but don’t find Rotherham as appealing? Not really – your attendances have zero impact on my life. However, if I was the Chief Exec at the DW, I’d be pretty scared:
Reading 12174 (14609) – Down 17%
Blackpool 12113 (19137) – Down 37%
Birmingham (14996)ST Sales approx 7000 (approx 11000) – Down approx 36%
Admitedly the Blackpool attendance last season was artificially inflated by their 4000 travelling support, but even deducting that gives a drop of 20%.
But as “35yrsWAFCbutdoesntgomuchthesedays” says, I’m not obsessed with attendances!
Its hardly surprising – someone on here suggested that ST sales were at the 7,000 level.
Last season’s sales were based on a first European adventure being included, as well as the feel-good factor from the FA Cup win.
This season, the prices were raised, there are 3 fewer games for a ST, and the harsh reality of 2nd tier football is starting to come home, as the last of the cup-winners reach the end of their contracts and start to leave for bigger and better things.
