With the way Baines and Pineaar have been playing this season you would think its a nailed on win for Everton.
But it wouldnt the first time a team has come here thinking their wingers are to slip in behind our wing backs like they are a couple of statues incapable of tracking back.
Were hardly the bookies favourite team either are we constantly going against the grain.
I expect to get beat that much that it makes me think this could be our 3 points…
Or maybe not.

Jimmy Bullard is a prime example of why teams such as Fulham and ourselves have stayed up, but Hull got relegated. We buy Bullard for approximately quarter of a million pounds and sell him at his peak for £2.5 million. He then has his career threatening knee inury at Fulham, is out for pretty much an entire season, yet somehow Hull seem to think that he is worth spending £5 million on.Plus the ridiculous 70k per week wage he was rumoured to be on
No wonder they did everythig they could to cancel his contract.
Anyone know if that was ever settled in or out of court?

He became a victim of his own hype ! Was a good asset for us though but he did go down hill fairly sharpish upon his exit from WAFC !Only due to injuries.
When he did play for Fulham he did very well for them from what I remember.
Its amazing how fickle of our fans turn after a couple of defeats.
Di Santo is now the bees knees, Boselli is only good for reserve football and Kone is too lazy.
Give me strength.
Sudworth.

Sorry Salford, I must have been typing my post at the same time as you (mine was interrupted by an unexpected brief meeting). There is no other sinister reason for them being almost word for word.I thought it was common sense apparently not…
Hopefully Roberto will see our outstanding ability to differenciate between a deep lying midfielder, a winger and a kid and draft us immediately into his back room staff.
Obviously it would be a sad day for me to leave the emotionally rewarding world of insolvency but a move I beleive I could come to terms with given time….
I saw Fyvie play a few weeks ago for the reserves (sorry, Development Squad).
Have to say there was nothing special. Nothing wrong – I just wouldn’t be leaping up and down insisting he has a first team place.
So RM fcuked up buying him then ? If Watson was not used hardly if at all in the great escape of last season then I am baffled as to why he is used now, especially with the evidence thus far that he is way below the standard of the Prem !
Calm down dear!!
Fyvie is deffo one for the future I dont think anyone expected him to feature much this season…
Roberto is not exactly persisting with Watson its a case of McArthur isn’t fit and Watson is next in line and rightly so!
I don’t think Jones is anywhere near as good as Watson and they imo are the only two players we have capable of playing that role.
I would call that a weak squad then !
3 players with bags of premier league experience all for one specific position?
IMO this is the strongest and most competitive squad we have had during my time supporting latics and if McCarthy gets injured he will be far more difficult to replace now Diame has gone than Mcarthur has been.

Newcastle at home , we always seem to do well against the bar codes.
Do you go angling?> If so what do you think about touch ledgering?
PS are you me?
Is this directed at me? Sorry pal, I have no idea what you’re on about.
They say talking to yourself is the first sign of madness…
Just seen the highlights on Skysports news.
Boselli’s chip was fantastic.
And if Ramis doesnt work out in defence he might have a chance as a forward with strikes like that :side:
Saw Cattermole’s red card too , he’s only two cards off the record 8 league red cards.
I was gutted when he left but nowadays I cant help but think he is just Roy Keane without the ability.
Taking into account he thinks its smart to run up a street kicking off car mirrors I think we may have dodged a bullet.
WELL DONE ROBERTO !!! goodpost goodpost goodpost goodpost goodpost goodpost goodpost goodpost goodpost goodpost goodpost
