We’d be homeless while the rugby get grant after grant. There’s no way on this planet the rugby would buy it, it’s far too big and the running cost (even when not used) too costly.
They have options if we go under but we don’t that’s the sad truth of the matter. We have two codes desperate for a place to play.

Our council have no trouble finding money for some mad cap regeneration of a market with half the shops in town already dead. They should take on the ground and rent it back to both of us securing both clubs future
