I heard the owners don’t want more Wigan there than the home fans, though I don’t see what difference it would make.
Talking to Blackpool fans, the reckon the Oystons just want to be able to sell the stadium to a developer.

It is ridiculous that teams in this era can play 5 games with players only for any number to be transferred before game 6. Common sense says that a team should start the season off with a squad and that is set until a 2 week period in January where re-reinforcements can be brought in.
Maybe FIFA should look at the season as a whole and have all the major Leagues in Europe inline with each other, therefore allowing a summer of consistence for all teams.Away a lot, but always watching
I see both sides, the ‘another Hillsborough’ one and the ‘we stand anyway so may as well’.
Truth is, clubs that have already converted their stadiums to all seater are not going to be rushing to make them standing.
Personally, I stand through the game and think it would be good to have somewhere to stand where I would’t be bugging those that want to sit, though saying that, I also don’t want to be dictated to where I am in the stadium for home games, catch 22Away a lot, but always watching
Correct, he wasn’t exactly first on the team sheet prior to his arrival here. If ha had been, he probably wouldn’t be here

was that a imposter who left a message on the pitch thread?.if that is so i reckon its a toe rag from the cherry and sh.te forum board :?:dont know but it’s possibly someone from over there. I have a few mates who go supporting Warriors. They say it wasn’t them. They’re not the bitter type anyway and have been to a few Latics games over past few years, Liverpool/Manspew/ and City as they basically supported them through school etc. Been to a few Warrriors games my self usually when they have played Sat evenings. Gets me out for a decent drink with a few mates, Rugby interrupts drinking for a couple of hours tho. Also went to a load of the Wembley finals in 80’s and 90’s they where decent days out or weekends away on a couple of occassions.

I had a problem with previous user name, someone who obviously knows me, my e-mail and my previous user name had managed to post several comments on board under my user name. Mr Heeley has erased the previous user name from CL, will see if it happens again.
