I am glad he has cleared that up, I was wondering what plans we had in place to turn results around, now we are relying on luck I feel loads better.

How do you know that? Do you watch him for the full game? Each to your own and all that, but I prefer to watch the action on the pitch.
When a pass is misplaced, vast swathes of the crowd groan and automatically look at the manager for someone to blame.
When someone has a good shot, or a great pass is put through, the crowd applaud and nobody looks at the manager. Next time, look to see if the manager is applauding and trying to keep the momentum going.
