Im not sure what your plans are or if you’ve bought specifically for that train. We have anytime tickets but we had seats reserved on the 07:10 until we found out Virgin put on the extra service at 08:00. Unlike the 10 past trains this is departing from Wigan, only calling at Warrington before heading straight down to Euston. So you’d think the majority, if not all would be Latics fans
We’ve opted for this instead in hope of a bit of an atmosphere. Its also unreservable too so no need to book beforehand
Travelodge Wembley
There’s a few of us staying in Watford as well, so it’d good to decide somewhere on here beforehand then we can create a bit of an atmosphere.
what hotel you in ? think were stopping in watford would be better if loads are in pub together
We’re in the Travelodge in the centre so have easy access to a number of pubs and the high street tube station

My lads just come up with a good idea, is the number you get the row and seat number? So I’ve got row 9 seat number 81 [981]
It’s usually how many have been sold so far online :)
13 bought in singing section 111. The ticket numbers usually assigned online are how many have been sold so far, or that’s how it usually is. Where your actually sat within the section is pot luck. Just have to wait until they arrive
I’d say so, around 2000 maybe? would be my estimate. Yeah the way in which we did it also added to the occasion. Get an idea here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXc3VUOsWQI
Still remember the coach ride in and a certain song sang to the locals. I won’t go into that though
Unlike the RL game however, which was played on a mild September Sunday involving two teams that are just over an hour’s drive apart, the football match against Arsenal was on a bitterly cold Tuesday night where everyone expected Latics to get thumped, and the couple of hundred away fans that came to the game had to travel 180 miles to get there.Couple of hundred? I wouldn’t like to put a number on it myself but there were far more than that there that night. Be interested to know how many did make that trip cause it’s up there with my all time greats :D
Pagefield
was in there last night, be rocking in there
Hope so, try and recreate the atmosphere we’ll be missing at the Britannia
Pagefield
I hope so too but haven’t they already gone to Stoke fans?
Who’s the scouse lad? Only listened on sat for the first time and last night as i usually go the matches. He has his moments where he really gets into the game and when decisions go against us.
Go on holiday on the Sunday :( If it is to move for TV im hoping for the 12:45 Saturday slot
