27 August 2019 at 4:54 pm #180740They WILL be saved make no mistake
Obvious they will, they are not called North Ferriby or Newport County or Maidstone or for that matter Rotherham.
Still need a 24 point deduction and at least a five year transfer embargo for all the manipulation and cheating they have done. Expulsion from the league even and made to apply again at the bottom of the non league pyramid.27 August 2019 at 5:03 pm #180741Cant believe some of you are actually ecstatic over their potential demise. Look! I hate & detest them as much as the next latics fan. All it takes is for the IEC to get bored with us & pull out, & where will that leave us????

All it takes is for the IEC to get bored with us & pull out, & where will that leave us????Hopefully still in a healthy position, due to us cutting our cloth accordingly, and this having been monitored by both Darren Royle and Jonathan Jackson. As long as we have done this, and paid money where owed, we would be fine. Ok, looking for new investors and owners, but fine.

My guess is nothing at all.

I can’t think of anything better than Bolton’s expulsion from the league to a place far far and left to rot.
We could even have another milk advert in a few years time:
Who’Bolton Wanderers ??, exactly!’27 August 2019 at 6:17 pm #180745Cant believe some of you are actually ecstatic over their potential demise. Look! All it takes is for the IEC to get bored with us & pull out, & where will that leave us????If this Horwich melodrama had have been us we would have been closed down months ago at the first HMRC court hearing. We certainly would not have been given so many chances and opportunities that Horwich have had. Even if we had bluffed the tax man and other creditors we wouldn’t have been starting this season with a potential new owner who has no money and who have to borrow from the players union. We wouldn’t have been allowed all the leeway that stretched on untill a new owner had bought another more profitable part of a business and we would not have been allowed to postpone games willy Billy. Above all we would not have been given permission to start a season without a squad.

No announcement until late evening that a (fake) “deal” has been made with Football Vultures.
The EFL will grant a vague extension of a couple of weeks.
Nothing will actually happen or get signed for weeks yet.
The administrators chalk up more fees.
Ex players who have earned a lot of money from football in the past will keep chirping up about “how sad it is”, but not actually doing anything to help.
Bolton fans continue to blame everyone else bar the club who actually sold themselves to Anderson in the first place.
27 August 2019 at 9:14 pm #180753The Bolton Gypsies then, all playing up when the Sky Reporter was doing his piece. Absolutely embarrassing.
The guy who butted in on camera…I honestly thought it was Caddy at first. Whoever it was, he then mimicked mock tears in the background, whilst smirking! Honestly, couldn’t make all this up at all.
27 August 2019 at 9:37 pm #180754Vat have you got a link for that i cant find it.

I’m expecting the very same lad I’ve had the feeling from day one that Bolton will stay and Bury will be allowed to die .

Dont blame the players, blame those who authorised their signings. If you remember, we got in a similar situation before DW looked past the end of his nose and made wholesale changes before clearing the decks.
The EFL are bending over backwards while tickling them from behind just to make sure Bolton don’t disappear.
I hope their proposed deal fall through and their only option is Bassini.
You can only wish,
Did anyone see the Sky News live broadcast around 17:10 tonight ?. A grown man dancing around then diving in front of a live report outside the ground. The reporter had to stop then the same guy reappears mocking him. What an absolute testicle, must have been in his late 30’s utter nobhead. That’s exactly why they need to disappear. Thing is, theres an army like that up Horwich

Was in a pub in Horwich, The Crown, a couple of weeks ago. They really are a different breed altogether.
28 August 2019 at 12:34 am #180760As someone who works in Bolton, Horwich is considered one the better areas!
It does have a couple of good pubs tho.
