10 November 2011 at 3:06 am #74036Apparently mine and a couple of others email addresses had gone amiss, Jimmy off TNS told Ed I wasn’t on the the original mailing and so he rang me. Won’t happen again as I have been added back on the mailing list.Your right, it wont happen again !!! ;)
10 November 2011 at 3:26 am #74037I was called at around 12.50, and put it on here soon after….
Really? I knew about it yesterday afternoon. I’m surprised they only told you the next day.[/quote]

Not my job and I presume at least some off here look at other messageboards too.
10 November 2011 at 12:34 pm #74044To be fair, I do think the resignation question is entirely valid, and for him to justify to the fans what he is doing to turn this around.
How was it anyway?
10 November 2011 at 4:56 pm #74070The question “when will you resign?” was asked, and answered.
The meeting was quite tense as Roberto knew what he was in for. But at the end of the day, how many other Premiership Clubs would do this, in fact how many other football club’s managers do this?
The message from the meeting as a whole was for the fans to get behind the Football Club and its players, as we can be a part of the solution to getting ourselves out of this situation.
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
10 November 2011 at 7:50 pm #74096Go on then, I will play right back next week. I will sort em out.

I imagine he did. The messageboards all asked for questions to put to him, so he’d have known in advance what was going to be asked. Even so, credit to him for actually doing it, even if the answers are pretty well what he’s said before.

Jayt we are absolute rubbish at the moment and I cannot see anyway we will stay up. How does Bob expect us to suddenly improve without changing anything????

11 November 2011 at 12:39 am #74130I can hardly hear it !! As for other clubs doing the same, Preston hold Q&A sessions on a regular basis with their managers. To be honest, I cant see any benefit from this sort of thing anyway as it is just a load of smoke and mirrors as per usual ! What percentage of season ticket holders will get to hear this ? Not many I would have thought because only a handful in comparison bother with forums. If we don’t beat Blackburn there will be some serious flak from the faithful !!
