After asking for questions in the run up to the last FAB meeting, it looks like there certain things that people want answers to or happening, but don’t know where to start, or can’t get the info from the club.
As Supporter Liaison Officer for the Club, Jason Taylor can hopefully help out. He will at least get an answer if not an action.
If you want him to look in to anything, please feel free to use this thread, Click Here for Facebook Page (where info on home and away games will appear), or if you want anonymity then email on jason@wiganathleticslo.co.uk

12 March 2018 at 8:05 pm #167336Why if you phone the club up to buy a match ticket in advance & don’t have them posted out do we get charged the same amount as someone who pays on the day? Kind of defeats the point of the club trying to get people to purchase in advance so that they know how many pies to buy in, programmes to print, coppers to pay for etc..
Not everyone will always have access to a printer to be able to use the online print at home option. Even the woman I spoke to on the phone admitted it didn’t make any sense

I have put the question in there and will get back to you when they reply.
I do know that season tickets and match tickets are getting an overhaul next season, maybe this is part of that… along with losing the national rate number.

17 March 2018 at 3:55 pm #167490Can you put a word in that they sort out children’s season ticket prices.
I know I went on at the time, but it’s still unfair that we (and lots of others) paid £69 in the East Stand, while in the South it was free.18 March 2018 at 2:51 pm #167540Can you put a word in that they sort out children’s season ticket prices.

I’ll find out if am able to share what those bands are, but I think you can guess.

16 April 2018 at 7:13 pm #168272Please can we have some decent Ball boys/ girls for next season ours have been a disgrace for years now, does no one train them for their duties
18 April 2018 at 2:12 pm #168323Can the club make a bit more of an announcement or signs that e-cigarettes are banned too?
The number of people puffing clouds of smelly smoke (or whatever it is) who seem not to know that it is banned.
There are no signs that say so – a small note at the foot of the back page of the programme doesn’t work.18 April 2018 at 11:47 pm #168355Something not quite right with the speakers in the East last night. Could hardly hear what was being said and was crackly.
19 April 2018 at 7:11 pm #168364I agree, iit sounded like fireworks were going off for most of the game….

25 May 2018 at 3:56 pm #169363Season ticket card holder – like bus pass holder, but with two compartments, one for season ticket one for supporters club card
25 May 2018 at 11:00 pm #169366In the East Stand an exit gate is opened so smokers can have cigarette at half time.
Is this something that you and the club could look into for the West Stand smokers?
It would stop fans from sneaking a few quick drags in the toilets and help sort out the ecig problem.15 July 2018 at 8:09 pm #170289Hi Jason, it must be coming up very soon the 20th birthday of this brilliant forum being online. Is there any plans afoot to celebrate it in some way.
19 July 2018 at 9:28 pm #170435I am open to suggestions, as it is in August I think….

19 July 2018 at 9:43 pm #170436Hi Jason
I thought that the Latics lotto was a bit poor last season. We went all technical with handheld terminals, but the actual draw seemed like an afterthought. If you were lucky, the winning number might be on twitter later that night.
Could you see if the club would revert to making the draw part of the half time break.
Also, whilst its nice to win a cash prize, it would also be nice to win something like a signed photo/shirt/football or lounge tickets. If the club threw a couple of additional prizes in, I think they may sell more.
Thanks -
