Away tickets for standing supporters. Can the Club allocate a certain section for those that like to stand when tickets go on sale? Could they use the term “singing section” as a guise for standing section to get round any rules/regulations?

The gate nearest to the South Stand was opened for us smokers in the West Stand at halftime on Saturday.
The steward says he will open it at H/T every match, staffing levels permitting.Bar area in the west much better on Saturday, more experienced staff, no big queues and people actually queueing in THREE lines.

I understand what you are saying, but it’s not as if they have not had time to have a bit of a clue what they might do. It wasn’t exactly a last minute pushed through takeover was it?
In answer to match ticket refunds for the Huddersfield and Brentford games:
The official line is to just email ticketoffice@dwstadium.com and the ticket office team will sort out refunds.
Email should include client code, name/address of person who purchased.
