I’ve said plenty of times on here and FB that personally I think we will need to survive by hook or by crook for 3 maybe 4 years gradually adding to the squad before we can think of taking the next step and challenging.
If I am reading that link correctly that is the market value of the club not the operating budget. …the two aren’t necessarily the same thing ….and Brentford may well be further up that table purely by dint of the fact that they sit on a plot of real estate in West London and not Newtown.
In any event the club just one place above us in that table are considerably more than one place above us in the league table.
It’s the cost of the respective squads. Bar the odd one or two it isn’t usually too far adrift from the actual league table.
PNE have built a good little squad after a few years in this league and is exactly what we should be aiming to do.

If he’s still in charge by Wednesday at the latest we really are in deep s***…Whatever the truth is concerning the deafening management silence they need to act quickly,Boro could be manager sourcing soon with Mr Warnock on their radar.. If he has a pay off clause then pay it. I’m sure it’s a better investment than a season or 3 in league 1. Hope we draw Premiership team in FA cup as a dicking to a lower league side is definitely on the cards otherwise.
