8 July 2013 at 2:28 am #117478Some fans – however unfairly – are simply taking their frustration out on Martinez now. Well, we’ll never have a season like last season again. I wish the unhappy fans could just gratefully accept the extraordinary cup win and look forward to life in a new environment under a new manager.Fact he took us down , fact he jumped ship
I think we’re going round in circles. Haven’t you anything new to say?
And yes, those are facts, but irrelevant to this thread. But don’t they apply equally to Coyle?
Bolton; Fact Coyle took us down
Burnley; Fact Coyle jumped shipSo are you saying Coyle is gutless too?

I don’t give a shit about Bolton and burnley I only care about latics what I am saying bobby was not up to the job yes we won the f.a. Cup six games the league is a marathon the cup is a sprint and bobby didn’t have a plan b we played good football in the league with no end product8 July 2013 at 3:18 am #117484I don’t think we can take this any further, Saint.
Let’s just hope we see some good games next season.
Cheers, mate.
8 July 2013 at 3:27 am #117485Funny how all the posters who have been accused of having a love in with Martinez swiftly move on while the morons who have wanted him to go for years can’t shut up about him now that he has!!!
Coyle in.
8 July 2013 at 3:11 pm #117491RM has the perfect chance to prove himself now and I wish him luck but deep down I just don’t think he has that je ne sais quoi needed to be a top manager ! At this present juncture we can only wait and see as to how OC will fair come August but the early signs are quite promising signings wise ! Season ticket purchased and just hanging around waiting now !

Quite possibly one of the most childish, non-wind up serious post I have ever seen on here. Why didn’t you go all the way and end it with “ner-ner-ner-ner-ner” or “my dad’s bigger than your dad”?
You’re 40 years of age?? Jesus, how embarrassing!!
9 July 2013 at 12:49 am #117547Really cant understand the negativity towards martinez…we were very good together, a brilliant fit.
The guy genuinly loves the club..which other manager have we had that can say that?..he’s moved on
Now to a bigger club, to further his career, and hopefully on to an even bigger club in the future and i
For one would be proud as anything if he ended up winning the champions league with real madrid or
Barcelona. He’s gone now, we move on and i will support our new manager, who in turn will get the poison spouted at him from
Some on here who just love a moan.Roberto martinez and his team, gave me my proudest day as a wigan athletic fan..and i thank him for it
Good luck.
Come on owen!!!!!!!

That’s right, so you’re actually 46; even more embarrassing.
Sorry about your dad, but we both, and everyone else reading this, knows that the ‘my dad’s bigger than your dad’ comment was nothing whatsoever to do with your, or anyone else’s, dad personally, so don’t even try to make a thing out of that.
And just so you know though, you originally called Thirty5 six-years old, not me. Try to keep up and remember who it is you’re talking to.
9 July 2013 at 1:10 am #117552Don’t know why you’re apologising griff…
He isn’t the first person in the world that had a father that has died before their time its just most wouldn’t bring it up in such a childish manner.
Grow up ffs.

Oh do grow up! Just struggled for ages to find your reply stuck in the middle of all that rambling. What did you put it there for? Once you’ve grown up, learn how to post properly.
And just for the record, I wasn’t actually apologising to you. “Sorry about your dad” is the sort of polite thing that grown up human beings say in this situation.
8 December 2013 at 12:42 am #124523we wouldn’t have signed six players by now; he’d be hanging on until 24 hours before transfer deadline then reeling off a stream of excuses. Well done Owen, for getting your finger out “smartish like”.
8 December 2013 at 4:33 am #124529Fckin ell, I thought my posts were pointless
