Apologies for the rant, but suffice to say I’m fuming
Season ticket rejected this morning at all the D entry turnstiles. Was told it was “not valid” (WTF???) and was refused entry.
About to complain to club, but unless I get an apology and a refund or credit for today’s game, sad to say I won’t be renewing next season. Sad way to end the season ticket journey after 20 years but so be it.
Anyone else had trouble entering today or is it me being singled out?

I’ve no doubt you will receive an apology at the very least. But to say you’re not renewing again due to one ticketing error
Have season tickets for myself and older granddaughter and got the free one for 5 year old. Eldest went through turnstile with season ticket…..youngers ticket wouldn’t scan. Jobsworth on turnstile examined ticket, concluded barcode was faded and point blank refused admission. I was F####### blazing.Told me to walk round to ticket office with the little one whilst oldest was in ground. I kicked a stink up and refused to move until a man who seemed to be watching the turnstiles for issues took charge. Examined ticket, photographed it then led us to corner of east Stand and through access doors. He was brilliant and so polite. Women on turnstile was a complete dick.

Sorry you’ve had the same experience as me, but proves there were serious problems “today” with both the ticket entry system and the staffing.
I’ve sent in a complaint and will be pursuing the matter much further if I’m not compensated.
No problems with ST’s or entry but the queues at the East Stand were ridiculous, only 2 gates open at 12.20pm the queue was backed up all the way to the Dougie bridge then a quarter of the way down to the South Stand. (No queues at the South Stand gates)
They decided to open other gates further down the East at 12.30pm kick off time lots of fans missing the first 10-15 minutes of the game, not good enough!
The queues outside the east stand were unbelievable but sure I noticed closed turn styles that were opened swiftly afterwards.
The two ticket deal is all well and good if the logistics are in place but I feel they aren’t at present.
Another moan of mine is the queues for food and drink , the demand for this is massive but again I saw serving areas empty ???
I first sipped my pint as the second half commenced and missed the second goal as did many others.
I’m not sure if they have charge of the catering but if they are or when they get it back then have a look at this area of the business because from what I saw many many supporters want and require this service.
Get more serving areas built around the place.
that said a good performance yesterday and hopefully some new season tickets will be sold on the back of it.

Got free tickets for my daughter and her partner for the East stand, daughter got in no problem but her partner’s ticket was refused. However the turnstile operator, after checking said ticket, allowed her access only to then find massive queues at the food counter which resulted in them missing the first ten minutes of the game.
They went back down to the concourse for more drinks at the half time whistle only to once again miss the first eight minutes of the second half, including the goal.
Needs sorting.
What has happened here , quite clearly , is that a’ free ticket ‘ has been issued for your seat .. the holder of this has gone in before you .. therefore the ticketing system has declined your admittance .. human error in the ticket office .. not the ticketing system !

Makes a change me not moaning, I had no issues.
As for the free tickets? rather than print your ticket to paper couldn’t you have scanned the .PDF on your phone ?, just a thought
Hi there Leyland Latic. Have you had an explanation & apology yet ?
We can’t afford to lose loyal fans
Hi. I received an acknowledgment within 15 min of the ticket office opening last Monday, saying my complaint had been passed to the “Ticket Office Manager” for action.
10 days later, as of now, nothing, not a dicky bird.
If they can’t be bothered, then neither can I.
To think how close I was to joining this Fans Fund thing, so glad I didn’t waste my money.
This needs raising above the head of some teenage Ticket Office Manager !
I’m certain Shaun Maloney would take an interest, because the first thing you have to do is make sure that you retain current season ticket holders before you try to attract any more.
