Mutty LET the BandWagon ROLL  YOU VANKER! ? :happy-partydance: Do you really after come on here?Have you not got a fleebag to take out?
Looks well!you cant even take 6 and half thousand to a semi final on doorstep? bet you take 80 thousand wembley? hi easy, get em on side ref.
Just for you Micky boy – I suspect this is about your level of military action:
Just seen the egg clodders coach driving past ikea, Surely the super dooper champs can do better
The team weren’t in Wigan today. They stayed at a hotel as they do before the majority of away games.
The game not selling out was poor. Only excuse I can offer (and it isn’t one really) is that given the choice of paying £22 or £28 for the semi final, or saving your money in the hope we get to Wembley in 3 weeks, some will have obviously chose the latter. As I say, no excuse really.
I was there though and will be in 3 weeks time. Been far too long between drinks.

ahhh!!
£22 or £28 not paying in the hope that……FFS
How would you have felt had the game gone the ‘wrong’ way….ie – you lost?
“WoW…that was a lucky £22 to £28 saved….glad I watched it in Sams Bar for nowt.”
Either get behind your team through ‘good and bad times’
or f£ck off with your poncy, ohh look at me Im a “wigunner” thru n thru until it costs me more than a tenner attitude.
I have no problem with the ‘code’…I do have problems with those who bleat about it on here.
ps… Mr Egg; I do know that you are one of the few who enjoys both……………..and more importantly…..can afford both; Empathise please. ;)

Egg, without being pedantic, I’m afraid you’re wide of the mark there.
Unlike football teams, for a vast majority of games the RL lot travel there and back in the day.
They stay over a couple of times a season when it’s deemed as an important game, and for their games in London and France.[/quote]
Wigan don’t mate. It’s something that Mike Maguire brought in because of his time at Melbourne who have to fly at least an hour and half to an away game. Personally I think it’s why our away form is so much better than our home form. If you don’t believe me then check out the players Twitter feeds from last night and well, before any away game. @joshyc91 for starters last night tweeted, “Is in hotel room just watching t.v”
Then if you can get hold of it, find the interview with Shaun Wane after the win at Hull last season when he states “in the hotel last night” (I’ll lend it you if you like, we won 46-0 and were awesome)
If they don’t stay overnight then they will travel to a hotel first thing and prepare for the game there rather than at the stadium. They did this for the Leeds game earlier this season when they left Wigan at 9am for an 8pm kick off. They ate together in the hotel, had a team briefing and then headed to the ground (i know this as I know the kit man) Maguire prefers them to be ‘in camp’ rather than just get on a coach, play, get on a coach.
As I said, personally I think it’s why our away form is so much better than our home form. We’ve only lost 3 games away from home under Mike Maguire and about 6 at home.

Fully agree mate. I can’t afford both anymore the way I used too which is why Latics away days aren’t as frequent as they were. As I said in the original post. No excuses why that game shouldn’t have sold out.
They stay over a couple of times a season when it’s deemed as an important game, and for their games in London and France.
Having just re-read your post I guess the bold part could come into effect but they certainly stay over for more games than they don’t. More than likely comes down to hotel costs and availability rather than the importance of the game though. Either way, they weren’t in Wigan yesterday morning
I wonder how many other Latics ST holders will be doing the same. Its a reet shame the club cant switch the game to Friday night or Sunday evening, but y’naw, the global appeal of the Premiership must take precedence, even if it means playing to a half empty stadium at 3pm on a Saturday.
I bet casual home ticket sales are literally in the dozens for this one.

err eh????? crowd will be as per usual mother goosie. you will only get about 18k/20 k tickets. all the rest have been on sale all year, to various parts of yorkshire and 1 club in london full of aussies :happy-partydance:
And what is “usual”? Would you care to put a figure on that? Give me an idea of what you would consider to be an acceptable crowd figure for that game.
