The Pussycat Dolls as our cheerleaders
Post of the week.
Like it or not we have2 spend a lot less than we sell to balance the books. Our biggest asset in the transfer market is our ability to take talented players and move them on to bigger clubs. Players want to sign for us so they can sign for a bigger club in a few seasons.
Can’t argue with that pal. :o
No, you can’t and I can’t but I’m sure the dark side can…..i think this i went to wimbledon poster is another tryed but failed miserably wind up merchant straight from the forum of lies and delusion. fil, arky is right he does not know jack sh.t about anything!!Dead right there Bob, he thinks you get 6 points for beating Horwich!
Oh you’d be surprised. I’ve been reported in the past for beating somebody in an argumentHave you?Yes, I was. He dressed it up as something else, but that was the bottom line. No, I meant, have you beaten somebody in an arguement?
Boom, boom. I love ambiguities :D
Fill the fairy liquid bottle with a mixture of flour and water and then grip firmly with both hands as you lower yourself onto the banana :oQuiet you, I know you’re no rocket scientist! ;)
… and the game means nothing to us now…Roll On Chelsea!
It potentially means £750k prize money, so fair enough if you think that means nothing…
It’s not only the money, it should mean a lot to the players, it’s a massive stage, loads of publicity and if they could beat Chelsea then who knows. Also a good performance should mean a lot to the club in attracting players.
I certainly don’t think it means nothing to us.What could someone have put, that other posters feel the need to report them ?

Have you?Well lets just look at our away form of late shall we….Lost last 5 on the bounce or lost 6 out of last 7 the other being a draw ! Now lets look at Chelsea’s recent home form …..won their last 5 home games or won 6 out of last 7 ! Now lets take a look at the goals for and against in those respective last 7 fixtures….Wigan FOR 5…AGAINST 16
Chelsea FOR 26 AGAINST 6Now I am not a rocket scientist but I would imagine going off those statistics that we dont have a cat in hells chance !!
Quite right, and the bookies will have Chelsea as massive favourites. But I’m going and want Latics to win. I accept it is very unlikely that we will win and even a draw will be a massive result. But the idea of going to watch my team and not wanting them to win is something that’s beyond my comprehension. At the end of the season the team with most points wins it, including all those “freak” results so whatever is happening in Manchester won’t concern me until we’ve won/drawn/lost against Chelsea.
BTW, I’m not a rocket scientist either ;)
We cant grumble about those prices can we?
I’m sure someone will find a way ;)
Just beat me to it! :)Kirk.
Is that a joke or are you being serious? And I am not joking :)
Nice to see Griff…Come onto a thread again..Try to make a completely irrelevant joke and insult somebody..Then getting put straight back down a peg or 2 with the response that clearly shows he was wrong to make the comment
So when you quoted Vat69 you were commenting on Griff’s post alone?
When you quoted Vat69 you were completely aware that he had made a silly post suggesting that Captain Kirk of star trek would make a good captain?
Which is why you had to ask him if he was joking?
I agree with your attitude, voting for “None of the above” is far more preferable than not voting or voting out of habit and, in my opinion, still gives you the right to moan like hell about each and everyone one of them.
My original comment was about when you said “Their disdain for the public as shown by Gordon Brown yesterday (& I’ve no doubt they all say similar things as soon as they’ve got back in their car & are driving off) becomes more apparent each day”
To me it’s been apparent for so long it just cannot become any more apparent.
James, perhaps if you read some of the recent posts you might begin to see what went over your head.
Kirk.

James, how tall are you? I’m asking because an awful lot seems to go straight over your head! ;)I will go into more detail tonight when I do the write up, but if the price isn’t right for Moreno we won’t be getting involved, although the lad says he is more settled here than anywhere else he has been. Roberto did say though that Shaktar are wanting a good chunk of the investment back for him but he doesn’t warrant the £12million Euro they paid then.
Sinclair is not wanted by Chelsea, that doesn’t mean that we do, not from Bobby’s mouth as he wouldn’t be drawn on players contracts until the season is over.

Never mind all that rubbish, what did he say about his continued insistence on wearing those blasted brown shoes with black trousers?
And did you ask him if he has taken the time to cast a glance up at my seat recently and, if so, what does he think about my “£6-bought-from-the-bloke-outside-the-south-stand-dark-blue-and-white-mancinesque” scarf and jacket ensemble that I have taken to wearing on match days?
Is your scarf long enough to wear a la Mancini? Mine’s too short, looks daft when I try it.
I am cack when it comes to this sort of thing, so I am quite chuffed I managed it without breaking anything…My microwave’s not working this morning…..
