I fished Bosley reservoir for pike yesterday. dawn ’till dusk. Not even a run.
    Ah well, that’s fishing.
Either The Riible for roach or The Dee for grayling tomorrow.Might go to Rivington for lunch on sunday after I’ve cleaned the chippy.
    Up the tics ok.

Does anyone think the pike will feed on Bosley tomorrow? Was considering a popped up roach on one rod and a float paternostered smelt on another.

How is it the managers fault the defence switches off and how is it fault we have not scored in the last two games but conceded 3. How is it not the managers fault the only goals we have scored from open play this season have been deflected.

Would you like a lesson or something.

How is it the managers fault. You must be thick.

I was going to post an opinion, you know, an opinion, on a forum that’s meant for opinions, but no, I might be called thick.

Yes, very childish, and made even more futile by the fact that being bald as a coot bothers me not one little jot, and never has done. All the birds like it.

    The tits certainly do.

    LMB, you posted this.

That article is an absolute pile of crap

If that’s not slagging off, what is it?

BTW not read the article, can’t be bothered.

Good first post’Linda’. As well as Blackburn having nicer pies than us, do you think their players have nicer legs than our players?
BTW are you interested in worms?

Even though it was a lovely day today I didn’t go angling for perch as I had planned. I had a long walk around Wigan Flashes, (don’t you think it’s nice down that area?), with our dog, Charlie. He’s a cocker spaniel you know, nice long ears. Liver and white he is.
When I got home I cleaned the car, a Vectra, inside and out. Even put tyrewall black………………….on the tyres.LOL.
Mowed the lawns, I hate that job, don’t you lads?, dead headed what remains of the marigolds. Had a brew then fed my 20+ budgies and 20+ zebra finches.Took some more nest boxes out, only fair at this time of the year, you loose a lot of fledglings when the cold weather sets in.
Had sunday dinner around 5ish,(the roasters were very yummy)nice hot shower then fuck ed off to the brick for a gallon and an argument about whether Martinez was resigning tomorrow(monday) or not.Well that was the rumour going around anyway. Nice day all round.

I’ve been in the Prince Albert Angling Club since 1979 and I caught pike of 5lb 6oz, 15lb 8oz and 16lb 5 oz from Bosley reservoir today. I have been watching the latics for a very long time.

Yep, good fishing here, but you will need a Southport AC card to fish it. ;)

cardiff, middlesborough, ipswich town and birmingham city

I would suggest that all of these clubs are bigger than us. ;)

Adam and Fletcher were in before Mc Auther. Lower league?

BTW The Ribble is well up today, might have to visit Bosley on Thursday and Friday.
