Me too – despite being a season ticket holder since 1994 and never changed address..:
We are contacting you to inform you that your 2021/22 Season Ticket has been processed, however we have been unable to post your ticket due to address details being incomplete.
As a result, your ticket is available to collect from the DW Stadium Ticket Office prior to Saturday’s match with Rotherham United.
However, we strongly advise you collect your ticket from the Ticket Office on Friday (9am-5pm) or as early as possible on matchday (from 9am) to avoid queues at the Ticket Office. We anticipate lengthy queues from 1.30pm onwards and while our staff will endeavour to assist supporters efficiently, we would appreciate collections as early as possible, so supporters do not miss any of the pre-match build-up or action.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

SUPPORTERS SHOULD NOTE THAT MATCHES CANNOT BE CHROMECAST/UPLOADED TO A SMART TV. THIS IS DUE TO EFL REGULATIONS. MATCHES CAN ONLY BE VIEWED VIA THE APP ON A PHONE/TABLET OR VIA THE CLUB WEBSITE ON DESKTOP
Dont forget you cant stream it direct to your TV using chromecast or other SmartTV apps, i read that in the info somewhere, so you can only watch it on a device or your pc or laptop
