Well if you listen to the players and managers it does especially the overseas managers as they hate our festive period and 4 games in 10 days or less.Personally, I would send a complete 2nd string including a few youngsters and let the starting XI get some rest. Unfortunately we have a few injuries so unless Fox and Mulgrew are fit then the likes of Dunkley and Kipre will be playing.

Of the starting eleven on Saturday the only ones that could possibly be the slightest bit knackered and ready for resting are Robinson, Morsy and Lowe and in Lowe’s case he just needs dropping. The rest have had plenty rests through injury and swapping and changing.Luck evens out and it did today lady luck came and saved Cooks bacon. Not that he is under any pressure from our ghost board.
