I think you’ve got some ambition for us Mr Brownbill and don’t lose that as if big Dave didn’t have ambition he wouldn’t have made his millions and we wouldn’t have the amazing memories we have. However, our budget is a little bit less now so we’ll have to take a different road back to the top.

Thats a very fair post vince and one I totally agree with. I actually work in Bolton so I suppose I have a vested interest but most Bolton fans I come into contact with are just normal down to earth football fans. And they’ve never heard of rugby.
And they have some amazing pie shops!
This week kind of reminds me of a glorious 5-2 win away to the nobbers that sent them down to the old forth division. Fans crying at the end made it even better. That was from a young Latics team earlier bereft of confidence, particularly after a bizarre 3-3 draw with Cambridge (with the 1 brave away fan).
Whatever happened to that team?
