We all of course would have loved Will to tuck away a 94th minute winner; but there was a risk of them nicking one.
So we have got the proverbial monkey off our backs now for Wednesday night. If we had gone into that with 5 losses then there would be all sorts of problems. At very best we would have shut up shop for the whole 90 minutes.

Reading could have played till midnight and not nicked one, they were poor! I wonder how many floating fans who pay per match as and when would have snapped up tickets for the Reading game had the plan to play for a draw and not concede any ( 0-0 ) been made public beforehand?

Keep going on about fine margins in games and how this league is so competitive the fine margin was we scored a perfectly good goal and a free kick for offside is awarded near the corner flag?
That’s a first and I bet will never be replayed embarrassing for ref and assistant.You can be offside just in the opposition’s half and not be causing an obstruction! Had the goal come from a direct corner it would have stood as you can’t be offside directly from a corner but if you take a short one and receive the ball back in an offside position then it’s a free kick ! You would think that they know this shit in training. On saying that, opposing teams tend to have one if not two on the goal line for corners. Today they didn’t!
