The next issue is available from Friday.
After sending to print, we have found out that one of the other fanzines is out also this week, so hopefully you will buy one or both.
We will definitely be around the stadium and in the Supporters Club for anyone that wants to buy a copy…

Traveling…..
By Car
If you are traveling to Oakwell on the motorway leave the M1 at Junction 37 and take the A628 towards Barnsley.
At Traffic Lights follow signs for Barnsley FC.
Stay on this road, following the signs, you will eventually come to Harborough Hill Road (A61). At the top of the hill again follow the signs onto Queens Road. The away car park is at the top of this road.
Alternatively use THE POST CODE for the Away Fans’ Car Park which is S71 1AN
Please note this is different from Barnsley FC postcode which is S71 1ET
The cost of the away car park is £4.00
Other Car Parks are situated in the Town Centre area and vary in prices.
BY TRAIN
Barnsley railway station is five to ten-minute walk from the stadium. This station is served by trains running between Sheffield and Leeds.
From the train station turn right towards the traffic light, then turn left and walk towards the flyover. Go under the bridge and turn left up Either Queens Road or Bala Street towards the ground/car park.
REFRESHMENTS
At the top of the away car park (Queens Road) is the Metrodome complex. This complex allows away supporters to use the bar area. They also serve varying bar snacks.
The town Centre is about 10-minute walk from the ground.

Modern stadiums are designed for seating and like Nuneaton said they are narrower then of those in Germany for instance. That isn’t to say it can’t happen as the FSF has looked very hard into this and seem to think their findings show that safety is fine with what is being proposed.
My view is that all the stadiums/Clubs have invested a lot of money into all-seater stadiums, and it would cost a small fortune to change even a small area of the stands into terracing.

Why should it be more expensive on the day to watch the same game as someone who purchased a ticket 2 days earlier?
And i’m almost certain the ticket office closes at 2pm on Saturdays and 7pm Weekdays (matchdays)
