I have been to games in the past, like when I worked at Wish FM I had to go ‘entertaining’ in corporate for most games in the season. Never got into the sport though, really don’t see the attraction or how people can get excited about it.

Weird, as I know of at least four who come on here that watch both….. maybe they’re working.

I wasn’t going to mention her name, but as somebody else has ‘outed’ her details, her name is Gemma Nicholson and she is a very nice young lady.
At least she showed the effort to come down and take part….. as did quite a few that didn’t get past the casting :doh:

I watch the rugby a lot because I like the game and am proud that I come from a town that has a rugby team that is known throughout (some of) the world.Most of its fans, however, are a complete embarrassment to the town.

Ditto for me, I would love a 3-0 home win against the cheats that would send them down to where they should have gone three years ago.
It won’t be much consolation to Sheffield United, who look like they won’t even to be able to take the mick out of them next season.
Win at Sunderland, draws with Everton and Villa (or better), send the FA Darlings down with a big spanking.
Unfortunately, there will be a few more twists and turns in the last 5 games. Blackburn have to play WHU and Wolves away (I don’t think they’ll get much out of Bolton, Man City and Man Utd at home – maybe a point.)
Wolves have to play a couple of those teams that just need that last couple of points and so will have say on who goes down whether they go down or not (Fulham, Stoke, Brum, Brom and Blackburn).
Blackpool have Toon, Stoke, Spurs, Bolton and Man Utd.
Cheats have Chelsea, Man City, Us, Blackburn and Sunderland.
We just have to concentrate on getting at least 5 more points, as I can’t see three of those getting more than 38 points.
I think (and hope) it will be three of Blackburn, WHU, Wolves and Blackpool.

Whilst McCarthy got a yellow because he had the audacity to tackle him, he dove to the floor like a big girl, jumped up and had a big titty fit at James – ref fell for it, as he did many times in the game, gave us nowt but it didn’t matter today, we outclassed them in every department.

I will take your word on the 10,500 warriors st’s, Latics last season was 11,800. I very much doubt that slumped to 8,000 for this season, but we won’t find out until December.
On another topic, of those season ticket holders, 28% are under 16, compared to just 11% at Warriors.

HTC is awesome, had the ‘Touch’ and now havethe ‘Hero’. I will definately be looking at the new versions when my contract is up in June… can’t wait apparently the new versions are even quicker than my current one…. and that is quick.
