Martinez back? Some people have short memories! For the first 3/4 of each season his football was as dull and clueless as what we have now.
Please don’t call Bobby, Griff and Standish will have a go at me. :(
Grow up, you boring half-wit! What a sad excuse of a man you really are.
I can’t think of anything sadder than being completely obsessed with an ex-employee of a football club.
Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Martinez on the birth of their daughter, by the way.
Thanks for that update Griff I had no idea that Mrs Martinez had dropped a sprog, congratulations to the happy couple and to you Mr Griffin for being obsessed with Bobby that much you know what is going on in his private life. ;)

What a journey!Isn’t it funny how different people perceive things ! Brighton for me were far the better side today and bossed it for long periods, they deserved their win.The big centre half ( No.38 ) was in total control throughout his time on the pitch, a comment that would apply to their right back ( No.2 ). We gave the ball away far too cheaply and the control of Fortune was just laughable !I’ll take it that you didn’t watch the same game as me then. If you thought the big number 38 played at centre half, then Lee Nicholls played on the right wing!.
Brighton did enjoy lots of possession, but only in the middle third. They had jack shyte quality up front. The little winger on the left looked a threat and Barnes did his usual hustle, bustle and wrestling job.
It needed just one quality finish from us and in my view the score would have been 3 or 4 nil.

What a journey!I’m sorry but did I watch a different game than you lot?. Thought we looked the classier team from start to finish. We failed to take our chances and once again was the wrong side of a defeat.
Yes we dropped 3 nurps but did we deserve to lose? no. To have a go Coyle for 3 or 4 bad finishes, Holt’s being the worse, no leave the lad alone. :angry:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Oh shut up man your worse than your mate griff!. I did warn you in the title of the thread what it was about, but you had to poke your nose in. I’m beginning to think that you must be obsessed with me. I have never wanted Liverpool to win one game in my life but hope they blow the z cars apart. Go and report that back to yer buddy, although I’m sure he is hovering over his keyboard as I type.
If you poke your head above the parapet, don’t complain when you get your cap shot off.
No obsession with you.
Your complete u-turn over Martinez anounces to all his detractors that they were right all along and you were just supporting him blindly.
That’s what I find incredulous in your posts.
Why is it you always reply to my posts, do you think that I should lead by example or summut?
There are quite a few posters on this thread and others that want Bobby to fail, but you don’t feel the need to respond to those.
I am not in the minority here, that accolade goes to you, Griff and Barnsley.
The biggest game in his career and he feked up 1 minute from the end, aww what a shame.
As you say I have gone from a Martinez lover to a Martinez hater and I know you are not that thick to understand the reasons why. I refuse to explain them again.
Keep having a niggle if it makes you feel better, but I would appreciate it if you niggled others with the same views. :P

What a journey! He’ll probably take Powell from us in January just to sit on the bench like Mr Kone.
If this comes off I will be convinced that Martinez just wants to see us fail. :(
I think there is as much chance of me playing up front for Latics on Saturday as there is of Martinez beinf sufficently small-minded as youare and/or to make your theory plausible.
You anti-Martinez brigade make yourself look dafter and dafter with each post you make on this subject. As Barnsley says, let it go – everyone else with at least half a brain cell already has.
No thanks I wont give up and there are cleverer gits than you who have given bobby the two fingered salute for the way he left us.
By the way, nice to see you back and joining in the fun on here again and FFS get rid of that cringworthy avatar you big tart. :P

I think that his actions in his current post are more indicative of him wanting to be as successful as possible there rather than any malice towards his previous employers – that includes if he is also making noises about bringing Powell in
Fair enough, but by the same token, there are far better players out there than Nick Powell, that are established prem players so could walk into the Everton team. After all he as promised BK Champions League football and with the wadge of dosh he’ll get from the sale of LB, he should be able to get the right players in, not a promising young kids who has had a few good games for a Championship team.
Lets hope it doesn’t happen, for our sake and Nick Powell’s.

What a journey!Something isn’t right about the ticket prices…. Kazan fans only Paid 250 rubles i.e. £5 for their tickets, which where in exactly the same position on the ground as Latics fans, but at the other end of the stadium. To me it looks like exploitation from Maribor (and Kazan) knowing Latics fans are desperate for tickets. Let’s see exactly where in relation to the earlier tickets these extra tickets are. Just looked at photographs of the ground and at the away end the only barrier I can see is more or less straight down the centre of the stand.
I cant believe your making a fuss about these ticket prices, you either want to watch your team play in Europe or you don’t. The difference you are quoting is totally insignificant in the scheme of things. Go and watch your team and enjoy the occasion, if my mates paid 20 dabs less than me so what I will be there and that’s all that matters.
Obviously you are a guy who doesn’t mind being RIPPED OFF You have missed the point… If you went in a bar and you were charged £5 for a pint and your mates were charged £3.00 you would be O.K with that would you?
and why were we charged 3 times more than Kazan fans for exactly the same location, be it on the opposite end??? The Kazan and Maribor fans were charged the same as us when they came here…
Sorry but still can’t sympathies with you. You are not talking much of a difference and we are lucky to get these additional allocation.
If you book a package holiday 12 months in advance you usually pay a considerable less than the ones booking a last minute job.
Its not right I agree, but its also not worth making all the fuss that you have made on the various threads on here.If I had booked the travel package to Slovenia then failed to get a match ticket, I would be prepared to pay 3 times the ticket value to get one. That’s what some fans have had to do, its not right for many reasons, but its part of the modern game and the reason why fans choose not to travel to see their team.
