It said it all when he made Stevie G the captain.
No matter how much I hate the twort, Scott Parker should have been given the armband. Gerrad for me is now plagued with injuries and didn’t feature too much for Liverpool last season. great, great player at his best, but seems way off that at the moment.

What a journey! Some big names on that list but the problem is that if these players are worth having why are the clubs concerned letting them go?
Far better to scout out players with hunger than ageing greedy b@stards looking for a big wage and a place on the treatment table.
Lets face it if your over 29 and on a free your probably finished as a footballer at the top level and this list proves that.
We should sign Owen and pay him £3k a week pay as you play. Will work out a very cheap signing :dry:Don’t forget some of these players will be seeing out their contract, just like Hugo and MoMo. Just because they are leaving their clubs doesn’t necessarily mean they are suddenly crap players, HT and SG apart. :woohoo:

What a journey!May give that a go Ace, do you know if its tickets or pay on night?.
Seen Eton Rifles a few times and they are quite good at the jam stuff and other ska music.
Next Saturday Silverstone are on Lamberhead Green Working Mens Club. They are building up a good following and do the jam stuff and a good mixture of old and new.
Their drummer came out of my very own loins.

What a journey!Well. From Manchester United, Arsenal, Newcastle and Liverpool…its..
Sunderland, QPR and West Ham all battling for his signature !!
3 teams, who if we can keep the momentum going from last season, will finish below us next season. goodpost

What a journey!Haha – but you equally failed to detect the sarcasm and irony in me mirroring your comment to Dodgy.Or alternatively it went over my head ;)
At this point I will own up to spending 45 mins earlier today trying to work out how to post an image. Even though I’ve done it a load of times I had a mental block.
I pulled up an old thread of mine going back months to practice on till I worked it out. PS.

What a journey!I think bobby has taken a calculated gamble in staying with the Latics.
If he takes us to the next level, top 10, then he is very, very hot property not just in England, but across Europe and other continents. The pressure is really on him next season, but he has already shown big style how he deals with pressure. goodpost

What a journey!Welcome back my fishy friend, at least I had a go at the welsh railway station why you was still figuring out how to get Towyn fitting in to a sentence.
As for Dave, the last time I saw him he was in Vegas doing his famous Elvis impression on the same bill as David Copperfield.

Any thoughts on how you think Latics ull do next season?.

I think it will be a mixture next season, dull, boring, mistake riddled, tippy tappy crap for part of it, with the best play ever seen by latics fans – inventive, high octane, exciting stuff thrown in for good measure, hopefully mostly the latter rather than the former – but you know as well as me, at latics life is never so simple.
Do you think when Dave was in concert in Vegas they gave him a ‘new quay’ for his dressing room ?
who’d of thunk a lad from skem topping the bill in vegas !!!
Newquay in Wales?
Sorry jr Mon mouth in gear before brain
Newquay is in Cornwall New Quay is in Wales :P :P
Never said it wasn’t . B) Have another look, I said Newquay in Wales?
If I had been querying what the songster had put I would have said New Quay in Wales?
