What a journey!21 May 2011 at 1:30 am in reply to: the last time we needed a win on the last day of the season #66212I just hope it hammers down as well, I got totally pished wet through at Bramall lane that day. Was in the row just under the edge of the stand roof and got dripped on all through the match.
I am in row 9 sunday so the signs are there.PS I will be wearing the same shirt at the Brit that I wore that day…I’m convinced it was wearing that shirt that did the trick last sunday.

What a journey!Sammon has to play but I can’t see Martinez leaving cleverley and mccarthy on bench so I think moses will miss out. Would love him to go 4-4-2 but think he may go as follows..Al habsi
Boyce Caldwell Alcaraz FigWatson
Mccarthy DiameNzogbia Sammon Rodallega
At least we have good bench options if it’s not going to plan!
I don’t agree that Sammon has to play. He has looked a great impact player, but as yet to prove himself over 90 mins and at this stage do we want to risk it.?
The team that started Sunday played quite well, created loads of chances and got done with two set pieces. You can play whatever formation / team you want, but if you can’t defend set pieces you will struggle. The worrying thing about Sunday is that we will get bombarded throughout the game. If there’s any changes to be made I might move Boycie to centre back and bring Gohouri in.

What a journey! All those 3 players you mentioned are injured, not rested. :o
Thought it looked a strong line up misell and when Shawcross was booked on 17 mins, was convinced he’d badly miss time a tackle before end of game.
Never mind what team they put before us sunday, lets just gerum tworted. :banana-ninja: :handgestures-fingerscrossed:

What a journey!Ring them back and ask them to charge £28 for the tickets instead of £25.
That will bring in an extra £2400 that should easily pay for the extra few Bill needed. :happy-partydance:Just a thought like. :romance-grouphug:
