FFS Browns legs were well and truley gone by the time he feked off to Pompey. HT is twice the player already and can actually pass the ball something that Brown has never been able to do. If someone can be ars_ed, check the number of crucial passes Browney made during his time with us, you may just find it was less than 2. :o
I suggest we all campaign to get him, Andy Liddell and Kevin Kilbane back!! :roll:
For the record here’s my two predictions:-
1) Michael Brown will be suspended for at least 6 games before the end of the season.
2) Michael Brown will NOT stop pompey from being relegated.

What a journey!I’ve got this feeling that we are going on a good cup run this season. I don’t think Bobby will juggle the team around that much as in his words “they are still getting used to his system and each other”
Brown on the other hand will deffo be focussed on survival and we might see him sending some fringe players.

What a journey!Hearing tales that Martinez hates brenda and benson, he doesnt speak to either of them… not good the staff at loggerheads, bensons ties still being with bruce.. i think the next two games are key. lose one of wm and its time for a change, i would sooner a manager that gives us a bit of steal and fighting spirit like PJ and bruce gave us on a weekly basis. i personlly think the attractive football we have been playing was an accident waiting to happen i.e. yesterdays 9-1 thrashing!! give us back the old fighting tics, pressing teams and flying into tackles!!!! yeasterday was a shambles, to many forigners, i mean what language to we speak on the pitch? footy is all one language but we sure aint speaking it, just look back, if we hadnt got that resuly v chelsea we would be right in the relegation zone… we are a poor team, i said at the begining this could be the season we drop and martinez is the wrong man for the job, would sooner see brenda and benson out first but that aint gunner happen, brenda does not like martinez and i think its a matter of time before he is out the door… that said, i will be there sat in full voice getting behind the tics… Get em all out Brenda, Martinez, And benson- Bruce or PJ back in, even Eric black would have had us more organized… toughto be beat will keep us up not spanish passing football…. give us some FIGHT martinez!!!!!!!!!! :evil:Which rock have you crawled from under?

What a journey!Can’t believe Sinclair didn’t get a sniff again today. The game well and truley dead and buried he could have given the boy 30 mins. I really thing Chelski have hinted that they are going to recall him back in january due to the African Nations cup thinggy.

What a journey!I wouldn’t say Martinez out, but a result like this has been on the cards for a few weeks now, maybe not 9-1, but a big scoreline. I think this is the game that people will finally realise…1. Martinez will see that alot of the players he has brought in are rubbish. Fact. And the some of the players that were already here are rubbish too, and we’ve failed to get rid of them and move on. Scotland, useless (As I said all along) Gomez, poor again, Edman too old, Melchiot terrible (As I said a few weeks back but everyone slated me for it) Boyce not up to scratch either. Kirkland’s overrated too.
2. Martinez will see that playing players out of position will not work. Rodallega MUST go upfront, N’Zogbia MUST be on the left wing, Scotland and Gomez MUST be on the bench at best.
3. Everyone will see (If they haven’t already) that we need to invest some of the money gained from the sales of Palacios and Valencia (not a cheap shot at Whelan by the way) into the current squad. A no nonsense defender is evidently needed, a right winger is needed as we nothing going forward today, and most of all a striker. These 3 positions must be a priority come January.
So positives can come out of the game, not in terms of performance, but the reaction to the result will be key. We must address the problems, and the players need to show some fight. I don’t care who you are, or who you’re against you cannot lose 9-1 to anybody. Fact, and we need to make changes to improve performances. We need a clearout in the summer, regardless of how we do this season.
So come on Latics, lets show some of the stuff that beat Villa 2-0, some of the stuff that beat Chelsea 3-1. Because on our day we can be decent, we just need to tighten up. Do the basics right. As evidently we aren’t at the minute.
