What a journey! Please don’t go to 3 center halves it invites teams to attack us.
We played the best football in years first half on Tuesday. Attacked in numbers and defended in numbers. I liked the way Matt Smith and Baba kept changing roles, if one bombed forward the other stayed back.
Wouldn’t surprise me if Jones made an appearance on the left to cover Thelo, just like Clare sprung up from nowhere. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Apparently, but can’t confirm this, Reading were given 4 points deduction but appealed it and got it reduced to 1.

What a journey!Few blue tinted specs there Lostock.
Tom Pearce would be a good crosser of a ball if he was hitting them from the other side of the canal. Not so hard son.
Scott Smith was awful. Game changed when he fucked off.
Speaking of fucking off, Chris Sze will be fone asap.
I’ll agree with most of the rest. Clare and Matt Smith look like great signings.
I know these are your views and you’re entitled to them, but why sound so angry with 2 of the academy kids?
You are wanting Sze and Smith to “fuck off” after seeing them start off on their first team careers.
Scott Smith played really well and bombed forward when he could. Sze tried hard to make an impact on the game but was only given a cameo role. No need to be so aggressive buddy and don’t be so quick to judge these young players, give them time to develop.

What a journey! No, actually I fucking love to say I told you so.
Yet he was part of the team that won league one when Sunlun scraped up via the play offs.
He did his job but then overstayed his welcome so no told you so there.
The remark you made was when he joined us from Sunlun. Since then he has a league one champions medal whilst the Sunlun players have fek aw.
Thought you had been feked off from this forum, you have never been and never will be welcome.

What a journey!Your not getting into the Power debate then you write an essay. I would never shout out at a player at the game, its just not needed and shouldn’t happen.
I can fully understand the reasons behind why they felt the need to, he was a master at making himself look busy yet doing nothing. I had the same opinion about Tilt he was the worse man marker I have ever seen, yet fans where won over by one booming tackle.
I’ve always analysed games and looked at how we concede goals. The amount of times we conceded cos Max didn’t track his player back was ridiculous.
I presume you won’t reply to this cos you don’t want to get into a debate. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Power is going to be a big loss in the middle in League One which I think is he’s level.
It’s glaringly obvious we don’t have a battler in the middle to break things up. Smith tried but he always looked a yellow poss red was gonna come his way.The problem is our starting 11 and fringe players are no were near each other, there’s a huge gap in quality. I do like Luke Brennan though when he came on. Very very busy and keen to get forward.
We look ok for now but once the injuries and suspensions start to arrive I think we will struggle.
As for the Martinez style of football ?. Keeping the ball is great but as the commentators said we simply don’t get the ball into the last 3rd quick enough.
I’m not sure how many touches Morrison and Hughes had combined but it must have been as many as the rest of all the players (both sides) combined.
Power is gonna be a big loss? You’re having a laugh, we don’t need a player that hardly makes a tackle and points to others to do the work he should be doing. When we played Stoke at home last season I told my mates to keep an eye on him and it was 58 minutes before he actually made a tackle on someone.
We won’t miss him one bit, apart from he had great delivery from set pieces. We didn’t score one goal from his long throws so glad to see the back of those. We have other players who can take free kicks and corners so, no, for me I was glad to see the back of him. He always gave 110% but was undropable even when playing Shyte. From Matlock to ManU

What a journey! My whole point is, Whatmough has been disrespectful. All’s Maloney probably wanted was some decent honesty and respect. I’m pretty much sure that if Maloney had so much as a hint that both players were off a week before the start of the new season they wouldn’t have been on the plane to Hungary.
Let’s face it, it’s a different owner so what ever happened before is behind us. What he has done is, led the club down the garden path and played the manager like a harp.
I can’t wish him well the fcukin sly rat, were better off without vvank bags like that, all three of them.I’ve just read what Paul Kendrick has posted on Twitter. Apparently those 3 players activated the get out cause several weeks ago and Maloney was well aware. He included Keane and Whatmough in the Hungary trip to see if he could change their minds. That throws a completely different view point on the matter, well it does for me.

What a journey!Ok – didnt realise you had signed Aiden McGeady to put them on a plate for him.
Charlie Wyke to be L1 top goalscorer 33-1 on skybet. Perhaps worth a tenner to buy your season ticket with next year if you are that confident?
Good to see you are still talking Shyte. Aiden McGeady made 8 assists that season so if all were for Wyke then that’s just 8 out of 30+. I think with Callum Mac and Johnny Smith out wide he will get some decent service.
Bet your drooling over the Donald Dack signing. Its a bit like signing Nick Powell but with a few plasters thrown in.

What a journey! Can the club not use the same reason to bin Wyke?
Why would they?, he will be a massive asset to Wigan this season. Maloney has been purring over his commitment to get fit. You should know, he scored a ponful of goals for the cheesy chips in league one the last time he was fully fit.

What a journey!I thought he improved towards the latter end of his contract. Whether that was down to Maloney who knows. Has for the worst forward we have had, surely not.
I give you…Julius Efosa Aghahowa
Jason Scotland
Omar Bogle
Mauro Boselli(worst by a country mile if you bring value for money into it)
Mikael Yann Mathieu Mandron…the list goes on.
