Nicholls is back from his loan spell i think, but its just too big a game for such a young kid i would have thought.

The problem is that shouting, cheering, booing, clapping or whatever is the only way supporters get to put there feeling across. It happens at every club not just ours.
What about the complete lack of effort that Gomez shows to get the ball back when he has given it away, is there any excuse for that? Its not the lack of talent but lack of heart that fans get angry with.
You are offside when the linesman or referee say you are offside. You never know the linesman may have raised his flag if the ball had gone in? Though I doubt it!

I hope its Pollit the way Kirklands been shaping this season. He has been a top player for us but he is clearly not fit and i just cant see him carrying on too much longer, a keeper with a dodgy back it just doesnt work, its a shame cause i really would love him to get back to his best with us or someone else, he has been a good servant to Wigan Athletic.
Hope its not Gomez. Maybe the young lad McManaman can get his chance though I doubt it. Really hope he doesnt put Hugo back on the wing he is far more effective down the middle were he wants to be. I think he will play Stam on the wing and put Figeroa back in team.
