A fookin Magpie has been stalking me all day, outside the office window. Then when I left for home, it was sat in front of my car !
Don’t like it, they’re a bad luck omen !
You should of ran the Geordie prick over!
B–tard was there again today; mocking !
If it’s there tomorrow, it’s getting a piece of pie laced with warfein !!!How’s about – a football club is for life not just the Premiership, see you next season.Yep, that gets my vote !
Well, 2 out of the 3 ain’t too bad. I’ll be happy with that !
It’s a strange feeling, but the disappoint felt of relegation from the PL tonight is nowhere near as great as the ecstasy felt after winning the FA Cup on Saturday.
I thought I would have been really gutted and inconsolable, but I somehow feel an excitement for the new season.
It feels like a new start with something other than survival to strive for.
Lets give the players a good send off at the weekend, and look forward and build for a promotion challenge next season.COME ON WIGAN
Yep, we still have a Wembley appearance in August and then it could be Marseille on a Thursday neet, followed by a trip to Doncaster. Some good local derby games to look forward to. We might just enjoy ourselves.
Will not have to listen to sourface Lawrenson and surely the Refs can’t be as overtly biased as those in the Prem.
Ask yourself, how many clubs have actually won something in the last 8 years: answer not many, but Little Wigan did win the FA CUP and the hearts of millions.

A player recovering from a broken leg scores the winner in the 2013 Whelan Cup Final !
Paul Scharner who scored his first goal, that proved to be so important, against Arsenal; and scores his last goal for Wigan, against Arsenal !
These things happen.
I’ve just backed Scharner 1-0 / £3 @ 350/1I hope our European tour is your treat if that comes in??
Get yer passport updated now !
How many times did Knob End win it !
Not that I want to brag or anything !
Wigan win by 1 goalHopefully: 1-0, scored by either Gomez or Scharner. That’s where I’ve put my money !
Gareth Southgate might do a good job !
Gary Neville !
But think we’ll play safe with Graeme Jones & Graham Barrow !
Yes, this is Wigan Athletic and it wouldn’t surprise me if you were right !
Afterall, there’s nowt to lose on Saturday; just play with freedom, sneak a win ( my prediction is 1-0 with either Gomez or Scharner scoring )against all odds ! Then a resurgent Latics goes on to stay up ! That would be proper Boys Own / Roy of the Rovers Stuff !
There’s only one match on Saturday afternoon – Aston Villa against Chelsea – so we would still be out of the bottom three. The other matches are on Sunday – 13.30, 15.00 and 16.00 kick-offs.
City and Wigan both play on Tuesday.
Final games are 16.00 on the Sunday.
So why o why do we KO @ 17:15 FFS !

Can we have the words for the verse, then the other 24,951 of us can join in !
I think it’s virtually 3 Cup Finals in a week. Would be nice going to Arsenal with the FA CUP under our arm ( cos we’ve not had time to go home ), knowing that three points makes us safe !
Why do you disregard Sunderland; they have to beat Stoke yet, and I don’t think that will be easy ! C’mon Stoke, keep Di Canio in the mix. Furthermore Sunderland don’t have Sesanyong.
