It would be nice to know if RM is seriously thinking of leaving and if so then why and why now?With him in charge next season we have a chance of building on the almost unprecedented level of optimism and ground swell of support for the club which came about as a result of finishing the season on such a high. There are signs of becoming a very credible team/club.
About 2 weeks ago RM was talking about working on bringing in 5 new players as if he was only focussed on this job and planning ahead for next season.
I am unlikely to throw myself into the River Duggie but I will be very disappointed if he chooses to go elsewhere at this time.
I would love it, if it was a ploy by DW / RM to reinforce the Loyalty to the Latics; by flirting with these “big clubs” and then rejecting their advances. Imagine what a massive public display of Loyalty that would create; possibly boosting our season ticket sales and demonstrating a sense of loyalty to some of our want away “big ego” young guns !!! You never know.

Just hope Roberto’s vision isn’t clouded by Yankee Dollars and that he truly practices what he preaches to our young guns !!!

I noticed him too but did you see Boycie’s lad tackle him on the line?I spotted that also; and young Boycey is only half the sixe of young Figgy.
If you ask me, the whole club is in a pickle ! How can a man go ( mango )and watch his team serve up a load of old rogan josh every week !
