Me defo Charlie boy. Me and are Claude didnt even rate Valencia at New Springfield. He had half a good game in 9. Best bit of business ever selling him. Never got a cross in and sat too deep. Charlie is more exciting, finds our players and attacks.
Awe reet Tash Boy ( p.s does it tickle the wife or the mistress ? )
Both good players; but Zogster is a little bit more experienced that LAV, that’s why he’d get my vote.
Had a think.J.R too old; 32 this week.
IT’s a long term target & we need to build a British strike force.
My money on Victor Moses. No “big” club has coughed up yet, and all this talk about Real Madrid is just to inflate his price tag.Afterall, didn’t Moses lead them to the promised land ?
We’ve had Jesus, a Bishop; so why not Moses !
J.R could be back on. Worth a punt for £1.5m, as a replacement for King.
Got to be Bobby. Bobby an old boy who came back. Bruce a Judas who left us twice and did the same everywhere he as been. Look at him now spent a fortune and with a fortunes worth of players allready there. Bobby inherited Bruces’ chaos and with the club showing a 20 million plus on transfers in a year is just one point behind Judas Bruce.
We now have 8 away games and have just to visit 4 clubs Chelsea, Citeh, Brum and Fulham ( from the top half ). Every chance in deed to finish ahead of Bruce.
Actually if Bobby keeps us up after what as occured since last years winter deadline he deserves the Freedom of Wigan and go up on a pedastal like Alan Brown, Gordon Milne and Paul Jewel.
Well done Bob and good riddance Bruce.Awe reet Tashhy, I agree with you.
Bruce let himself down in my opinion. You know damn well when you come to a clube of our stature, that you have to work miracles on a tight budget; so you shouldn’t be disillusioned when you can’t afford top dollar wages & players.Awe reet tash mon !
1) Reading / promotion day; fabulous feeling.
2) Stuffing the “system” by beating Arsenal in the 2nd leg of CC; so many different emotions in that game.
3) Every win against Nob End; especially when we virtually sent them down at Deepdale.
Thinking about it, I would like to see an experienced player up front with Rodders; one that could make an immediate impact. Can’t risk having one with “L” plates at this stage of the season.
He was on fire today !
Their fullback will be having nightmares tonight !Are there any more barcode rejects that we help to re-build their careers ?
There was a time when Liverpool got beat at Anfield, that the entire home crowd would applaud the away team off the pitch. How times have changed !
Just watched the clips on BBC Sport.
Looks like he’s got plenty energy and will die for the cause, not like Johnny Foreigner. Let’s hope he’s a good un !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It’ll probably be on’t telly; cos pundits would love a big cup upset !
He’ll do for me.
Jason Koumas without a doubt. Had a real chance to prove himself worthy of a regular place in the Stoke game, and was absolute pants !!! Never played anywhere near his potential.
THIS IS WHAT WE NEED AS I DO BELIVE WE DONT HAVE ONE AT THE CLUBPosted that same sentiment a few weeks ago.
How about Matt Jackson ???Who should we play ?
Play our strongest line up at Th’owd Trafford and rest the majority for the hull game ?
Would be good to give our fringe mob a chance. Afterall, we got to the Carling Cup Semi Finals on a weakened team !How about:
Reeves, Butler, Milne, Sutherland, DeZeuw, Gillibrand, Langley, Kelly, King, Rogers, Oates Subs: Todd, Koo, Woods, Fleming, Atherton
Great memories !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What, no room in defence for Stephen Appleton, midfield for Graham Houston and up front for Pat Gavin.
C’mon LHL get a grip and get some gooduns in yer team.
Awe reet; here goes:
Paladino, Bidstrup, Duffy, Lightfoot, Padula, Peron, Rogerson, Smeets, Bruno, Bukran, Brolly. Some reet Kak there !
Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on these two players.
There both better than Stuart Whittaker !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been thinking about this since we spoke on saturday, Stuart Whittaker was one of the sh*t players we got frpm wan*y, but the one we were thinking about might have been Stuart Storer.
Nah, just checked; Storer played 16 games on loan to us from Everton; then Phil Neal took him to Bowton. Whittaker played two games and was substituted in both.
Have we any players going to the above Cup competition.
Kingston; Yipee !!!!!!!!!!!!
i thought that was in Jamaica not Africa.
Who will cover Kirkland with pollitt out injured?
Bring thi gloves next game !
