Allegedly Leeds,Hull,Swansea,Reading also closing in on him.Can never understand teams of prem status arsing around for weeks then leaving it to last day for a 1 mill striker.Would love to nab him.Think the leap to prem a step too far at this stage so Leeds probably in the drivers seat.

Hoping we use some of the Yanic dosh to grab a forward or 2…tossed off with this constant influx of midfielders. Omar Bogle from Grimsby was surely worth a gamble…physical, quick ,young and can finish..and more importantly in our price range.Oh forgot…need to research wether he meets the final suitability criteria….must have been a Man Utd trainee.!!!

Speaking to a striker from Eastleigh and the Utd link still going strong with Obertan and James Weir..Alex Bruce all potential arrivals.Christ, not another midfielder !!!…Not another trio of ex Utd players.Surely must have some more forwards in pipeline?…As for Yanic ..disappointed with decision but 7 million never going to be turned down by us.Loyalty a rare commodity in football.Only have to look at the cup winning tossers who bailed out or threw the anchor out after relegation.

Can’t disagree too much with that but personally I’d rather keep him cos I don’t think we’d pull in a great amount of dosh for him.Still think Wildschut needs to drastically improve his final ball to match the alleged valuations…storming straight line runs with nothing at the end was becoming too common. Grigg yesterday was hung out to dry .Not a hope in hell of making an impact with that formation against prem defenders.Still not buying 1 up front crap….get him a partner with presence and I’m sure he’ll carry on from last season.I mean a striker not a ALF or Davies !!!!

Hope you right…but never heard of any squad with only 1 forward on the books……needs addressing asap…..our midfielders don’t chip in enough….Grigg isolated…..no good dominating games and losing buy the 1 goal.30 odd hours to put it right….let wait and see.

Wonder how Wycombe approached it at Spurs…..no gung-ho just take em on and put THEM under a bit of pressure, Christ it wasn’t the strongest Utd team .If we lose so what but that was insipid…..4th from bottom will do but not a chance unless we get strikers in…..cos I’m sure you’ve notice we are championship lowest scorers and playing Grigg as we do are you surprised he’s 1 goal in 17 games ???..Joyce has steadied the ship but needs to be more attack minded….we’ll he could be had we more than 1 forward..@@@@@@g joke.!!!

Totally agree……I wonder how the other underdog teams who won or went close set up at the start. What’s the point in trying to hold on to 0-0 for 90 mins ? Yes a lot of effort but only 1 striker at the club and a shit load of midfielders is laughable. If we do cash in on Wildschut then I hope we’ve got some non loaned goalscorers lined up sharpish….somehow I thing that money will go towards our league 1 campaign.

Should have started……Grigg on own pointless. Great effort but so predictable…..God help us as far as relegation if we don’t sign 2 strikers before Tuesday. Very compact…hard to breakdown but nil link up for Grigg and just matter of time.

Clawing our way out of bottom 3 is a great start so now we need to kick on and pull away.An abundance of midfield staff but blindingly obvious we have to get a striker or 2 in before months end.I won’t be critical of Grigg as I think he is a superb in the box finisher.Have not played to his strengths in recent games as some of our final balls have been toss ,but we must sign a forward asap and no doubt behind the scenes we are trying.Usually find a team plummets down the league and joins the relegation fight but I think it’s a 2 from 3 ,us ,Burton,Rovers and at the moment we are starting to get things right .

Job done….we’ll done lads, all away games tough. Now let’s kick on..couple more good signings needed and swap places with Rovers and Burton

I didn’t post after Derby cos I didn’t want to dampen the Xmas spirit and everyone’s optimism but I saw Derby as 2pts dropped against a decidedly average side.Today’s result brings it all home to roost. We are crap…whist Rovers grab 4pts from Newcastle and Huddersfield…Cardiff nail Villa….we as usual flatter to deceive and go down yet again. Are we the only team in the modern era who after appointing a new manager don’t get the “new manager syndrome” win or 2 ? I said at the start it was a risky appointment and now it’s proven….the gap now ever expanding and league 1 is now virtually assured. The club is a car crash…..shit player recruitment…toss managerial appointment…and the powers that be should act quickly cos the transfer window won’t rescue us under Joyce……….embarrassing!!!!
