You now have a ticket available for a match in a few weeks that maybe a cynic would suggest you bought so you could be on the database, and now obviously have no need when you discover that didn’t work.

We should act like the ticket office. You needed to be on OUR database (ie registered on this board) before the semi-final. True Latics fans, even if it disadvantaged themselves, would understand why.

Can you still buy two tickets per client code even if you have bought two on your season ticket.
Need to get two more for friends that have been before but have always used my client code to purchase tickets.I don’t know – but even if so you’ll have to queue for them. There are NO internet or phone sales on Sunday.
I checked the other day that you need to have a purchase history pre-dating the semi-final. You (and hence City fans) can’t just buy a ticket for tomorrow’s game and be on the database. Hence, presumably, the need to be able to check your purchase history via client code.
That’s why I think there will be lots and lots of netting, which doesn’t look as bad on telly as empty seats. It at least shows the less than full crowd has a reason.
The German Bundesliga averages more fans (on terraces) than the premier league and has done for a number of years. They have more clubs averaging over 40k per game than we do.
Ticket pricing will play a big part in that i’m sure.you may be surpried to know borussia dortmund is the best supported club in europe (no. supporters passing through turnstiles)
