        Tofik Bakhramov was from Azerbaijan, not Ukraine.

        The main stadium in Baku is actually named after him.

          Local rugby league grounds:

          St Helens – new stadium opening soon
          Salford – new stadium opening soon
          Warrington – new stadium opened a few years ago
          Widnes – new stadium opened a few years ago
          Leigh – new stadium opened a few years ago.

          Now, there’s one local team missing – I’m looking amongst all the purpose-built rugby stadiums, but don’t seem to be able to find it……

                    I actually went to the game thinking I was going to see Spain slaughter England. Quite pleased with what I saw from both sides – good display of Spanish style possession football, but also saw how it could be countered by solid defending.

                        Some of you think Roberto knows little about football, but at the end when I asked him whether England stood a chance against Spain he emphatically said “no”.

                            I remember shops having X-ray machines that you could look down and see how well your feet fitted in the shoes. Would be considered a Health and safety nightmare now though.
