Shrews now winning after Toney concedes a penalty
Can you put a word in that they sort out children’s season ticket prices.
I know I went on at the time, but it’s still unfair that we (and lots of others) paid £69 in the East Stand, while in the South it was free.Game postponed
Slightly gutted that Powell won’t be playing though we’ve delivered many results without him. Vaughan and grigg opportunity though think after Wednesday win we are in a more comfortable position for the weekend to go and enjoy this game without pressure. Can’t wait tbh and can’t come soon enough. Up the ticsVaughan is cup-tied
If it references Bob Marley why not red, gold and green; why red that looks like, and is numbered like, a football shirt? Why not have an image of Marley? The white rose is widely known as the symbol of Yorkshire, why is that there?
If it were just the number we were talking about then I would agree that offence need not be taken.
But this is too much of a coincidence.our best FA CUP run ever
I can think of a better one to be honest
It’s not the number 96 per se, but the whole package of red shirt, white number and the wording that is inappropriate, or at best ill thought through.
We looked nervous at times and thought we were coming away with just a point as nobody looked like scoring. But there’s nothing like a win to boost confidence, particularly against the odds.
Look at the Shrewsbury and Blackburn message boards – they are devastated.
We were nervous because of our current string of results, but last night can set us back on course. And they also have the distraction of a Wembley game for the Checkatrade Final in 3 weeks time. Players may not want to get injured and miss out.
Two things are true.
We will never have the success of Man United.
But their fickle fans can never even vaguely understand or appreciate our joy when we do have a success.Absolutely.
No excuse whatsoever.Their home game was postponed today so maybe doubts about Wednesdays game?I’ve spoken to a couple of Bradford fans and they think it will be on
Sell Morsy and Powell? Really?
Give your head a wobble.IF we get to the SF then whoever we play will (a) be a big club, but (b) not be bigger than Man City at the moment.
However, to get there would be an unbelievable achievement whatever, and to lose at this stage would be no disgrace. On a Facebook group recently someone summed the situation up precisely:
There are two sorts of football fans.
The first are those who support their local team, they pay their hard-earned money and go to as many home games as they can and the occasional away games too. They follow their team through the bad times, whatever level they reach, and they are overjoyed when the few and far between good days come.
The second pledge allegiance to one of the big teams, no matter where they live, and only ever watch games on TV, often in a pub wearing the latest replica shirt. They have in many cases never seen “their” team play live. They have big mouths and big opinions, usually a load of BS that is just regurgitating what the pundits have said. They do not realise there are any divisions outside the premier League.
Sadly the media, and Sky and BBC in particular, pander purely to the latter. -
