No wonder fans have left CL in numbers.
Have they?
Not saying that off one incident George not rated him all season. He doesn’t come off his line and when he does he punches…badly. the goals against is looking good due to those in front of him IMO.Fair enough. Personally I think he’s OK, and I quite like him, but we can just agree to disagree.
Oh no – hang on – this is CL. Aren’t I supposed to hurl abuse at you and tell you that you don’t have a clue? Or something like that ;)
Young goalie anyone?Why John?
Jamie’s doing fine at the moment. If you’re going to analyse one (potential) error, and personally I thought it was a great strike, then we need to analyse those in front of him first.
I’ve always said that a mistake by a goalkeepr is remembered for ever, a mistake by a striker sticks in the memory for a while if we lose, but a mistake by a midfielder is completely forgotten.
Can’t remember but looked like a screamer to me. I’ll have a look at it.I thought it was a belter too, Dave
It was a really bloody good goal well taken. Give him credit.
We matched them all over in a really good game up to the last 15 or so minutes. I’m with JR on this. Quit moaning.
However – I really like Cook. But he got it wrong today. If Joyce had been in charge you’d have been screaming for his head.
Toney, as said, is a weak link. Poor, and while League One is probably his level, top of League One isn’t. He was really struggling with a quarter of an hour to go. That was the time to bring Grigg on. But Cook didn’t. Then right at the very death, Toney goes down injured. Grigg is waved to come one, miles too late, but who is taken off? Jacobs. So this is effectively a tactical substitution with 30 seconds remaining. If Toney had gone off I would still have said “too late”, but accepted he had gone off injured. To make a tactical substitution at that point is ludicrous.
And even earlier. Powell was crocked, signalled he needed to come off, but it was a good 5 minutes before he was replaced. And at that point Colclough for me was the one to bring on, someone who could run at them.
A disappointing result, a point would have been fair between two good teams, but we were out-thought and out-fought in that last 15 minutes. We hardly created a chance whereas it had been nip and tuck the whole game.
But, we are second with a game in hand. Please try and stop the whinging.Seeing that my karma has increased by 30 in the last few days and yours has decreased by the same amount you have not only been exposed has a childish bastard but also a liar! You keep tabs on not only your own, but someone else’s karma? And then get worked up over it?
Honestly, you need to get out more.
He also hasn’t said he has.
This is getting very silly.Just when you think you’ve seen it all!Mutty has now resorted to decreasing his own karma with X number of different user names and at the same time increasing mine.
Not like im arsed in any way, just exposing the childish sad bastard for what he is!
Have you any evidence for that, Bullitt, because even as mods we have no knowledge who has altered anyone’s karma. It’s not something the system thinks (correctly) we are bothered about.
Or beigenders?
My opinion os everything that Standish has said.
I agree with you, Vatty & Sammy :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
This is getting worrying if we all start agreeing.
Does it mean the End of the World, or something? Not arsed, i want a ticket!
Use your voucher from last nights game, it guarantees you a ticket.

Now whose going to get the tickets? and how many will we get?
Kirkham and Wesham have a fan base of around 75 so how many tickets will we get?
Hopefully giving receipts out tomorrow to give attendees first dabs.Nonsense.
So people who turn up for one game at £10 (a fiver for oldies) get preference over those who have committed hundreds of pounds upfront for the season before we knew how it would go?
Behave!
Ok then people who can be arsed turning up tomorrow but have a season ticket should get first dabs. Is that ok for you?
Yes.
They turn up (or have paid for) for 23 games at a bigger price. You’re talking absolute nonsense basing “loyalty” on one game on a Tesday night by teh Youth Team.
Grow up.
(Judging by your comments you’re going tomorrow but haven’t got a ST?)
By the way – I’ve sorted out your ballsed up formatting

Behave!In our group Blackpool V Boro U21 was 691.
Charlton v Fulham U21 741
Bristol Rovers v WHU U21 1508
Bradford City (a well supported team) v Everton U21 1260
AFC Wimbledon v Luton (no U21s involved) 581
Swindon v Wycombe (ditto) 1236I wouldn’t stress about our “non-crowd” tomorrow, or view it as something particularly Wiganesque.
Click through any game for the attendance
http://www.skysports.com/checkatrade-trophy-resultsSo play the game without a sub keeper then. What’s the bloody problem. Stupid crap rules. No games should be called off for insignificant internationals. Bloody joke. None of these are representing England.Play without a spare keeper on the bench? Or possibly even without a keeper at all if anything happens in the week?
Brilliant idea, Einstein. -
